[His charge is just <i>too</i> easy for Saber to see through. She allows him to come closer, not once looking so much as intimidated by his mad dash. Once he gets within range and attempts a swing at her, Saber pivots on her heel, twirls and twists her body to strike at Shinn's exposed back with a <i>very,/i> audible <i>thwack!</i>]</small>

How boring. At least make better sport of entertaining me! <small>[ There's still Hayate to consider, and Saber will now basically show her disdain for Shinn's incompetence by fully turning back to the butler with a smirk. ]</small>

<small>[All Hayate could really do was let out a heavy sigh as he saw Shinn take the blow. That guy really isn't made for a battle that required finesse. Going on the offensive against Saber wasn't exactly what he had in mind either, yet here he was.]</small>

I'm fairly certain how this is going to end, but I'll at least try to help you work up a sweat. <small>[That said, the butler shifts his weight down, before launching forward toward the at the ready Saber. A trio of quick precise thrusts being sent forth in her direction as he closes in.]</small>

<small>[ That smirk manages to stay on Saber’s face as she parries and dodges those moves. Having the larger and longer sword between the two <strike>haha boys</strike>, she has a little more range. In fact, once her blade connects with Hayate’s, she keeps them locked as she runs and pushes forward against the butler with a laugh before sending attempting to send a kick as she nears.

… Yup, Shinn’s practically nonexistent by now. Isn’t it sad, Shinn? ]</small>

--hrk! <small>[Okay, he was not expecting some kind of dramatic clash of blades when he went in for that. Doubly unexpected was the fact she actually was managing to push him back. This reminded him a bit too much of-- ... oh. She was kicking him, huh. Not very sportsman like, that.

Hayate takes the brunt of the kick, wincing as he does, before pushing hard against the locked blades to break them apart. Which gives him just enough space to follow up with a pair of low thrusts aimed for Saber's legs. Taking her off balance seemed a decent enough idea after she brought in kicking.]</small>

Haha! <small>[ At least he’s being spirited about it. Aww, he’s making her dance a bit as she dodges those attacks aimed at her legs. She’ll just whack the trajectory of his blows back up. Then the rest of the battle dissolves into Saber and Hayate exchanging hits, but it’s pretty clear the shorter blonde has the more experience with the blade. She waits for an opportunity, and when she gets it...

Hayate will find her “blade” pressed firmly against his throat after she knocked aside his sword. She’s smiling, almost grinning wildly at her victory. ]</small>
