Poseidon 3.0.0! Premium is now actually worth it!

- Play only works with premium
- For non-premium members the guild owner must have premium to use the play command, and premium members can use play regardless of whether or not the guild owner has premium

- Premium now uses Patreon's API instead of checks for the role given by Patreon on the official Poseidon discord

- help command now uses a list of all commands from the database instead of manually creating each entry (now I can't forget to add commands to the help embed)
- prefix command added
- stats command updated (works without sharding)
- removed dbdisconnect
- removed old set command
