I will be dividing what I plan to do on each platform that the network currently has. (i.e. Discord, forums, and in game)

8) Please describe your previous staff experience (Provide Proof if possible).
I have been staff on multiple servers, including this one. I will list my contributions towards the servers and my time that was spent as a staff member. All of the servers listed below had or used to have a playerbase that was 50 players a day or higher.

LIFEMC (2 months as staff member)
Built /warp shop.
Built bedwars maps.
Built half of spawn.
Gave out more than 5 punishments a day.
Was active every day.
Promoted to Moderator within a week.

MINESUPERIOR (9 months as staff member)
200+ pages of punishments.
Most active member on the reports team (now dismantled).
Promoted to Moderator within a month.
Promoted to Senior Moderator within 5 months.
Promoted to Administrator of OPFactions within 2 months.
1,000+ posts on the forums.

9) What does it mean to be a staff member to you?
Being a staff member is a dedication to the players and the network itself. It’s a daily responsibility to be a factor in the network’s growth and success. If I was to become staff on this stunning network, I would use the commands given to me and use them to ban hackers, ban advertisers, check IP addresses, mute spammers, mute toxic players, mute racist players, etc. Not only does a staff member dish out punishments, they are also a figure to the entire network. They are the network’s reputation and figure.

10) How long have you been on the server, and how active are you?
I have been on MineSuperior for almost a year. I joined when NovaPVP merged with MS OPFactions. I consider myself to be an extremely active player who has taken time to know each of the separate servers such as OPPrison, Skyblock Alpha, and Towny. I have a fair idea of how each server operates, and the communities.

11) What is your time zone?
My time zone is UTC-7:00 Mountain Time Zone.

12) How often can you play each day? (Time Schedule)
As I’m fairly active already, I would be able to play a few hours a day. My time schedule varies due to school, appointments, activities, etc. However, I will do my best to get online whenever my schedule clears up.

13) Do you speak any other languages? If so, please list them.
I know about 40% of the Spanish language. I have taken multiple Spanish classes over the course of two years. I am able to have somewhat complex conversations with those who might only speak Spanish.

14) Why should we choose you over other applicants?
I believe I can impact the staff team. Because I’ve been staff on this network previously, I know the guidelines well and have certain knowledge that other applicants may not have.

15) Tell us some information about yourself.
I am a creative problem solver. One of the benefits of this is being able to handle issues in a unique way that other staff members could not. I am generally nice to other people unless they attacked me first. I know how to handle issues properly, as well as being friendly.


SCENARIO QUESTIONS
1) What would you do if a user spammed a sentence continously 3+ times?
If a user was spamming the same message, I would take appropriate action and mute them for five minutes.

2) How would you deal with someone advertising another server’s IP address in chat?
If a player was advertising another server’s IP in chat, I would permanently ban them from the network and clear the chat. Players who advertise other servers take away from the player base that was already established, which is wrong.

3) What is the process of dealing with someone who is disrespecting players?
This scenario is dependant on the level of disrespect being showed. If the person was insulting the person consistently, it would either result in a verbal warning, 30 minute mute, or a one day ban.

4) How would you deal with someone that is using disallowed modifications/hacks?
If a player was currently online and hacking, I would record that the player is indeed hacking, then ban the hacker.

5) What is the process of dealing with someone who has issues with their donator rank?
If a player was having issues that involved donations, I would:
Advise them to make a donation support ticket on the forums or on Discord.
Redirect them to Eldni.
Create a donation support ticket in Slack.

6) How would you deal with someone who has threatened to DDOS a player?
If a player threatened to DDOS or boot a player offline, I would immediately acquire proof and ban the player.

7) How would you deal with a user if they were using donor perms in a pvp arena?
If a player was abusing the permissions they bought from the store, I would firstly get proof and ban them for one day.

8) What would you do if a player is leaking personal information?
If a player was leaking information about another player, or anyone in general, I would get proof and ban them permanently.
