### How did you prepare for the conversation?
I separated my observations from my thoughts and feelings to better communicate, as well as thought about how I could receive feedback as a gift.

### How did the conversation go for you? What was easy about the conversation? What was more difficult?
It was a pretty easy conversation. My partner and I had worked together before, and had been communicating the whole time about how it was going for us.

### What principles of feedback did you use in the conversation?
I used NVC to guide it.
