Day by day ,our body becomes weaker and antibodies starts to die. Not for only food habit but for also environment pollution and other fact. And, these all cause cancer.

American Cancer Society describes that “cancer is caused by external factors, infectious organisms,such as tobacco, and internal factors, and an unhealthy diet, such as hormones, and immune conditions,inherited genetic mutations, . These factors may act together or in sequence to cause cancer.” While not all cancers may be prevented, there are some that can be. For example, cancers caused by tobacco use and heavy alcohol consumption can be prevented completely by lifestyle changes.

Of course, if you have a family history of cancer or have medical issues or concerns, you should consult with your own medical professional for proper diagnosis.
