I Stab At Thee

>you're a sea-green unicorn fluffy
>your daddy left to get some nummies
>you hope he brings back something good
>regardless, he's put you in your safety pen so you don't hurt yourself
>that makes you kind of upset
>why doesn't daddy trust you outside of the pen?
>nothing bad would happen if you left it
>hold on one second
>you should show that to daddy
>maybe if you do it right you can wander the house when daddy leaves
>the thought makes you feel all happy inside
>alright, you'll prove yourself to daddy!
 >you just need to get out, now
>you think of what you can do
>run
>play
>eat
>jump
>jump?
>that's it!
>you get a running start and leap as high as you can
>the pen is only about four inches high, but you bump your nose off of it!
>you have nose-ouchies now, but you try again and you manage to make the jump!
>you're finally out!
>you like being out of the pen
>now it's time to go exploring
>you walk into the foodie room
>what could you find in here?
>well, this is the nummies place, so you should find nummies
>you don't really want nummies yet, because daddy's coming home with some soon
>you start walking back to the living room to play with your toys
>when a scary monster catches your eye!
>you shriek in terror
>why is there such a scary monster in the house?
>he was dark and had three eyes and long arms
>you remember him only getting bigger when you tried to get away
>what are you going to do?
>wait, daddy's gonna be home soon
>and he's not gonna see the monster or how you were able to take care of yourself
>and the monster's gonna

>"NUUUUUUUU!" you yell, running at the monster, horn out
>you're going to stab him and save daddy
>you shoot some sparks out for good measure
>right before you hit the monster, you notice something weird
>he’s almost gone!
>you're confused, but then you realize
>it's just a shadow!
>you try to stop, but your momentum carries you forward
>SMASH!
>Ouchies! That hurt!
>your horn feels funny
>it's like there's something grabbing it tightly
>you look up
>your horn is stuck in the wall!
>ohnonononono
>you put your front hooves on the wall and push
>but when you sit up it only makes your horn hurt more
>you yank your horn as hard as you can
>your hooves are too fluffy to get a good grip and you just slip around
>you try calling the meanie wall names
>he doesn't let go
>you slump down
>what's going to happen to you?
>are you going to be stuck here forever?
>what's daddy going to say? He's going to be mad, isn't he?
>even if you do get out, you'll never be allowed out of your pen again
>you start crying
>the tears wet your fluff and make your eyes itchy, but you're too sad to care
>but then you hear the front door open
>daddy's home
>you hope you can get out before he sees you
>you hear daddy walk over to your pen
>you hear him whisper some swear words
>he calls out to you
>you don't respond
>daddy will get mad if he sees you hurt the wall
>he calls out again, but he sounds more scared this time
>why would he be scared? there wasn't any monster
>you tug and tug but you can't get your horn out
>”Fwuffy sowwy, waww! Pwease give howh bah!”
>daddy walks into the room
>you start crying again, knowing what’ll happen to you
>"Oh, there you are! I was getting worried for a minute there. Why didn't you say anything when I cal-"
>he looks right at you
>and he gets a very weird look on his face, like he wants to laugh even though he’s upset
>”How sharp is your horn, exactly?”
>does he think this is funny? you're trapped forever in this stupid wall!
>your sad tears are replaced by angry ones
>"Hey, hey. It's alright. Here, let me help you."
>he kneels down right beside you
>he gives you a big tug and you come free!
>you explain to daddy what happened, and he smiles at you
>he thanks you for your bravery, but tells you this is why you stay in the pen
>you give daddy a big huggie and he returns it
>he fixes the wall later and tells you that he forgives you
>it wasn’t even a good wall in the first place
>he said it was a “placeholder” or something like that because he wanted to put up strong walls
>when he tucks you into bed he reads you a bedtime story and ruffles your mane
>you love your daddy and he loves you too
