	Danny: 	The group had finally arrived to Pallet Town.
	Jupiter Roswell: 	And with it comes a drive to do well in the epic Contest soon on the horizon!
	Danny: 	Welcome to the World of PokeMon!
	Danny: 	*end narration* *theme music starts playings*
	Jupiter Roswell: 	*strikes a pose*
* Danny rolls: 1d20+6 => 19 + 6 = 25
Kaorin Sakura: 	First success.
	Danny: 	Danny, using his powers as a tutor, taught his ex-PokeMon Cherry a thing or two on behalf of Venec.
	Cherry: 	Cherry is thrilled to spend some time practicing with her old owner.
	Danny: 	Danny, with hard work, managed to eventually teach Cherry Super Fang.
	Danny: 	Danny then went ahead and began teaching one of Crystal's PokeMon.
	Danny: 	However, as a random twist, it turned out that Danny was in fact tutoring Crystal herself!
	Danny: 	Gasp!
* Danny rolls: 1d20+6+2 => 17 + 6 + 2 = 25
	Danny: 	She'd be tutor'd.
* Crystal is successfully tutored! Weeee!
Kaorin Sakura: 	Team Oak had taken the long stroll from Viridian City to Pallet Town after a casual morning meet. The group of four split temporarily to explore and encounter Pokémon along Route 1, obtaining a few Oddish. Once finally inside of Pallet Town, the team was surprised by the friendly Pokémon roaming around the breeding town and managed to acquire yet a few more. Venec and Crystal offered one of their Pokémon to be bred that night as payment for stay in their home while Danny and Cepheus slept outdoors. The day begins with crackling thunder, heavy rains and winds with dark clouds hanging overhead.
Kaorin Sakura: 	Welcome to the World of Pokémon!
	Danny: 	Danny definitely chose a bad time to sleep outside.
	Jupiter Roswell: 	Jupiter was sleeping quietly on the ground, appearing perfectly content in his little patch of grass. Hs eyes closed, he was apparently having a pleasant dream, and he struck a pose in his sleep!
Kaorin Sakura: 	Weather currently: 90 degrees F. Wind S 22 mph. 75% Humidity. 77 degree Dew point. 31.56 in Pressure.
	Venec: 	Venec threw a few punches into the air, "When does the contest start today? I'm still out of an outfit."
	Danny: 	He looked at Cepheus beside him. "Maybe pimping out our PokeMon was a better idea," Danny admitted.
	Venec: 	Venec was finishing up his morning excersize.
	Cepheus White: 	"...Better idea than what?"
	Danny: 	Danny hadn't said a single word about the horros he had gleamed from inside his friend's skull.
	Danny: 	"Well," Danny said, pointing out the rackling thunder, heavy rains and winds... "This."
	Danny: 	"I should invest in a PokeMon that knows Sunny Day," Danny nodded.
	Cepheus White: 	"You're afraid of a little rain, Danny? This isn't even that bad."
* Crystal steps out of the breeder's house and place of business, staying under the awning for now. "We could go take a look. They probably have something posted up at the Contest Hall about it."
	Cepheus White: 	"...Granted, it's a little hot, but in stormy weather that really can't be helped."
	Danny: 	Danny pouted.
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~)
	Cepheus White: 	"...You two can wake up now, if you haven't already."
* Jupiter Roswell couldn't hear him. He was too engrossed in whatever fantasy he was having at this point in time.
	Venec: 	"That's a good plan." Venec stretched his back. It'd been sore since he slept on the stone ground in Pewter City. "How are you doing Lucy? Running a fever?" He laughed at his own lame joke, but he was concerned how she'd taken the elemental sync.
* Grace Appara wakes up, feeling gross and soaked and oddly hot.
	Dandy: 	Suddenly, Dandy popped out of her PokeBall. "I noticed you were in need of my help, my Danny," she said. She covered Danny's head to protect him from the rain with her tail.
* Crystal is significantly paler than she was yesterday, her hair brighter. Her eyes are pinkish-red and scales mark her arms and legs, while a crowned flower rests atop her head. Her words are spoken in a dualcord--as if two Crystals are talking at once.
	Grace Appara: 	"...I demand a bath of some kind. Ceph-chan...does anyone know Light Screen or Reflect? The barriers overhead would do nicely about now."
	Lucy: 	"I feel oddly...cold. What's the temperature?"
	Miranda: 	"Morning, Lu."
	Lucy: 	"..."
	Danny Green: 	"Thank Dandy," Danny answered.
	Venec: 	"Not much different than yesterday. More humid, more clouds."
	Miranda: 	"You look different."
	Cepheus White: 	"Not that I have in my party. Although...it's possible that Dragonair was manipulating the weather."
	Dandy Blue: 	"No problem, my Danny," she replied, noticing Grace's idea, "I know Reflect."
	Lucy: 	"Stronger. Much stronger. How's that for different?"
* Miranda frowned some.
	Miranda: 	"Uhh, better?"
	Jupiter Roswell: 	Suddenly, Jupiter jolted awake and lifted himself up into the air, his hands outstretched to receive the applause that...wasn't actually real.
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(I was DREAMING? I feel so GYPPED!) he whirred.
	Grace Appara: 	"Didn't the paper say it'd thunderstorm today? And Dandy, that'd be amazing right now."
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(At least the weather is nice. Mmmmm, lightning.)
	Dandy Blue: 	"Only if you all say how wonderful Danny is," Dandy replied.
	Lucy: 	"...Yes. Better. Still getting used to it."
	Dandy Blue: 	Dandy looked pointedly at Cepheus. "Especially you."
	Miranda: 	"For the love of Arceus...Fire type is gonna make you bitchy."
	Lucy: 	"..."
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(No freaking way. Not ever gonna happen.) He crossed his...arms. Or something.
	Grace Appara: 	"Danny is awesome. We all know this. Saved my butt."
	Cepheus White: 	"...Why are you so annoyed?"
Kaorin Sakura: 	« 1d20-10 = 3 - 10 = -7 »
	Venec: 	"That's good. I hope it doesn't aways stay cold." He turned toward the others, "... Crystal? You okay? You're looking pretty pale."
	Dandy Blue: 	"I am not annoyed," Dandy answered. "What gave you that idea?"
	Cepheus White: 	"You seem to be singling me out for some reason."
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(Danny's not awesome; he's a child. Yes I'm thankful he saved Grace's life, but that doesn't make him awesome!)
	Dandy Blue: 	"You need to learn to adore Danny the most."
	Cepheus White: 	"...You do realize you ask the impossible, right?"
	Cepheus White: 	"There's already someone who holds the prime position of adoration in my life."
	Crystal: 	"I'm fine, though I'd probably feel better without all the stormy weather... oh! The paleness is from something that happened yesterday."
	Dandy Blue: 	"I suppose," Dandy answered. She then went ahead using the power of Reflect.
	Dandy Blue: 	She pointedly refused to allow it to help Jupiter or Cepheus.
	Lucy: 	Lucy's skin held a soft flush, still pale but no longer pure white.
Kaorin Sakura: 	A bolt of lightning strikes down at the tree beside Jupiter, barely missing him and setting the tree ablaze, the rain barely putting the flames down enough to not be dangerous.
	Venec: 	"If you're sure you're alright. If I can ask a favor though I need- HOLY! That was close!"
	Danny Green: 	"You have to admit that Dandy is awesome, though," Danny said, "not as awesome as Larry, but, y'know..."
	Dandy Blue: 	Dandy looked a little upset at that last comment.
	Dandy Blue: 	But! She bolted upright when the lightning striked!
	Crystal: 	"What favor do you need?" She fiddles with one of the petals of her flower a bit, staying under the awning of the house to avoid getting thunderstruck.
	Danny Green: 	Danny was rather easygoing. "Should we put that fire out?"
	Miranda: 	"Will you be okay?"
	Lucy: 	"...Why wouldn't I?"
	Miranda: 	"Fire type?"
	Venec: 	"W-well..." Venec turned away from the lightning, which was a pretty dangerous thing in the forest for him, "I don't have a costum ready."
	Lucy: 	"Doragon."
	Miranda: 	"Oh, right. Yeah, you do have that."
	Lucy: 	"You'll learn to respect me."
	Miranda: 	"But, I already do, Lu."
* Lucy turns her head a bit when Miranda comments, moving to the other side of Venec.
	Crystal: 	"Do you have any cash? I'll need some to pay for the materials."
	Lucy: 	"I have some."
	Venec: 	Venec chuckled a bit.
	Venec: 	"I have the cash, I'll pay for everything"
	Crystal: 	"Let's find out what kind of contest it is first, then I'll get to work. It helps if I know what I'm supposed to be working towards."
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(Whoa! Cool! Do it again!)
DNA: 	He backed up a little away from the flames so he wouldn't get hurt, but it was really neat to watch.
	Venec: 	"Alright." Venec hopped over the fence and walked toward the contest hall.
	Cepheus White: 	"Hmm, wonder if there's a bath-house somewhere around here..."
* Crystal goes through the house instead of across the fence, following Venec from there.
	Grace Appara: 	"Hi, Tatakai! Wait...where are you coming from?"
	Venec: 	"We were staying at the breeding house."
	Lucy: 	"...First name basis, already?"
	Grace Appara: 	"You slept indoors?!"
	Venec: 	"... Yeah. You didn't?
	Grace Appara: 	"No, I slept outside in the heat, rain and mud! I'm soaked, I smell and this is awful!"
	Venec: 	Venec couldn't help but laugh, "Well, it'll wash off in the rain."
	Lucy: 	"We'll take a bath later, Grace."
* Grace Appara blinks at Lucy's sudden forwardness.
	Grace Appara: 	"Yeah. That'd...be nice."
	Lucy: 	"Glad to hear it."
	Crystal: 	"The breeders were offering rooms in exchange for letting them try to breed someone from our teams. If you want, Grace, I could help with that while we're preparing for the contest--I picked up a few tricks while we were at the breeder's house last night."
	Venec: 	"... That tree is on fire!" Venec pointed to the obvious.
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(I know, right! It't's so cool!)
	Grace Appara: 	"Oh? Yeah, struck by lightning."
	Grace Appara: 	"Help with what?"
	Crystal: 	"Cleaning up and generally getting you feeling and looking like you had a good night's sleep instead of camping? I'm going to be doing some work for anyone competing who doesn't mind."
	Venec: 	Venec ran over quickly, drew his Water Naginata and tried to put out the flames.
	Venec: 	"Geez..." He placed the naginata back in its clip on his back as the flames were dowsed.
	Danny Green: 	Danny seemed pretty nonchalant about the fire.
	Danny Green: 	He also seemed pretty nonchalant about Venec putting the fire out. "Show off."
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(Can we go to the contest hall now? I wanna wow the crowd!)
* Jupiter Roswell was making a racket, but to the humans in the party, his whirring sounded like...well, like usual.
	Venec: 	Venec brushed the stray branches off of himself and jumped back over to Lucy and Crystal.
	Crystal: 	"Since I still have some work to do," she says, her voice still (and always) in stereo, "I'm going to head over to the Contest Hall now."
	Crystal: 	"Miranda, do you want to stay with the others, or come with me?"
	Jupiter Roswell: 	*poke poke poke*
	Cepheus White: 	"...What is it now?"
	Jupiter Roswell: 	*expectant stare*
	Danny Green: 	"To the contest!"
	Miranda: 	"I'm following."
	Jupiter Roswell: 	*nods enthusiastically*
	Venec: 	"Well, that aside..." He turned to Crystal and Miranda, "To the contest hall and shopping?"
	Cepheus White: 	"...All right, let's go."
	Jupiter Roswell: 	YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!
	Lanna: 	"He-llo! He-llo!"
	Venec: 	"I was hoping for a design similar to what I had before, but with a more aquaitic theme to the coat."
* Crystal leads the group to the contest hall.
	Crystal: 	"Hello!"
	Lanna: 	"Would you all happen to be Team Oak?"
	Venec: 	Venec rambled on as they walked, stopping as the woman greated them, "Hello!"
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(A generic NPC asking after us! Now we're getting somewhere!)
	Crystal: 	"That's right! We're Team Oak, reporting early for the contest."
	Lanna: 	"Early? You are I suppose. You're around fourty-five minutes early."
	Danny Green: 	Danny dashed forward, then waggled his eyebrows at the pretty lady.
	Lanna: 	"But let's get you all out of the rain, shall we? No need to keep celebreties out in the rain. That just won't do."
	Danny Green: 	"I am Team Oak's leader!"
	Venec: 	"Well that leaves little time for bathing and contest shopping."
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(But I like the rain...)
	Crystal: 	"..." She ignores Danny. "Is it still a Cool-Beauty category contest?"
	Cepheus White: 	"Jupiter, you have absolutely no reason to whine. Let's just head inside, okay? Unlike you, some people actually don't like the rain."
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(I thought you loved the outdoors...)
	Lanna: 	"Yes, yes. Cool and Beauty still."
	Danny Green: 	Danny snapped his head back to Jupiter. "Yeah! Stop whining you whiner you!" Danny stuck his tongue out to goad Jupiter.
	Venec: 	"You can borrow my coat if you want." Venec offered Cepheus.
	Crystal: 	"Alright. I need to get some materials for a last minute addition, but I'll be right back. Could you get the others to a changing room?"
	Cepheus White: 	"Hahaha, I'm all right. The rain doesn't really bother me that much. If you must lend the coat out, lend it to someone who actually dislikes the rain."
	Danny Green: 	"When do the Smart Contests start? I would totally be better suited for one of those," Danny answered, puffing out his chest. "My brain is huge."
* Lanna opens the dual doors for the party to let them enter.
* Jupiter Roswell glared at Danny with a glare of hatred.
	Venec: 	"But aren't you also really cool Danny?"
	Danny Green: 	"I'm cool, smart, beautiful... modest, too."
	Venec: 	Venec walked in and cleaned his boots of mud.
	Lanna: 	"It's anticipated that the Hyper Contest this and the one in Pewter qualifies for will be a Smart, Cute, Beauty and Cool Contest. This isn't for sure, this is just speculation."
	Danny Green: 	Danny walked in along with everyone else.
	Venec: 	"But of course, arrogance would be a flaw."
	Cepheus White: 	"I just hope it's colder inside than it is out here..."
	Danny Green: 	"Of course, lucky I'm not arrogant."
	Danny Green: 	Danny grinned.
	Jupiter Roswell: 	*eyeroll*
* Crystal looks at Danny, then Jupiter. (Is he always this excitable,) she asks in pokespeak. The sound is clearly not normal to the humans, but placing it would be rather difficult--almost like the brushing of leaves on bark?
* Lanna closes the doors behind them.
	Venec: 	Venec shook his head with a grin, walking behind Danny.
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(Wait, what the hell? Crystal, WHAT did you just say?)
* Crystal walks off to shop.
	Danny Green: 	Danny gave Crystal a strange look, like she just made a funny noise - something reminscent of brushing leave on bark, but with your mouth.
	Jupiter Roswell: 	Jupiter was staring at Crystal as she left. He clearly understood what she said...and it wasn't a human thing to say. ...How?
	Cepheus White: 	"Let's go inside."
Kaorin Sakura: 	The area is much cooler with central cooling happening. The Contest hall is almost quadrupal the size of the one in Viridian and much more extravagant. There are larger screens, a Judge barrack, announcer barrack, and rows upon rows leading up toward the ceiling.
	Danny Green: 	Danny barged inside, pushign past Cepheus!
DNA: 	Quadruple, or quadrupedal?
Kaorin Sakura: 	The correct spelling.
Kaorin Sakura: 	Cannot edit.
	Venec: 	Venec took a deep breath. "Wow."
DNA: 	nice answer
	Cepheus White: 	"Extravagant. Reminds me a lot of Hearthome's contest hall, although Hearthome usually has the AC just a little higher than this."
	Cepheus White: 	"Other than that, it looks wonderful in here."
	Danny Green: 	"This place will be our victory grounds," Danny said, looking at Dandy, "the place where we destroy everybody!"
	Dandy Blue: 	Dandy nodded her head.
	Lanna: 	"The changing rooms are behind the stage. Your rooms are marked 'The Oaks'. We'll call you when everything is ready."
	Venec: 	'Thanks for everything." Venec nodded to Lana.
	Cepheus White: 	"I hope you do not mean literal destruction, Danny. That wouldn't be good."
* Crystal has taken possession of Venec's money to do some shopping for cloth and other bits for the costume.
	Cepheus White: 	With a quiet nod towards Lanna, Cepheus headed to the dressing room to prepare for the contest. (...Why is it at times like these I feel like a babysitter?) he thought.
	Danny Green: 	"I can't make promises!"
	Danny Green: 	Danny rushed toward the changing rooms along with Dandy!
	Cepheus White: 	(...And this boy is our so-called 'leader'? I weep for our future.)
	Jupiter Roswell: 	Jupiter rushed ahead, spinning his fedora as he moved.
* Crystal heads back to the contest hall at a run with the materials!
	Venec: 	Venec reached the dressing room and took off his jacket and boots, now only wearing his ragged jeans and worn down muscle shirt.
	Venec: 	"... I should get some more clothes." He nodded.
Kaorin Sakura: 	The dressing room had a lot of chairs, mirrors and essentials to aid in the manipulation of attire and accessories. The lighting was near-perfect to find detail.
	Cepheus White: 	Cepheus adjusted the gauntlet on his left hand so it fitted a little more comfortably. Then, turning to Jupiter, he fitted him with the accessories they'd talked about earlier - 3 in all.
	Danny Green: 	Danny took off his clothes and got changed into something fancier.
	Jupiter Roswell: 	Jupiter started whining when Cepheus removed the fedora, as if his favorite toy was being taken away.
	Miranda: 	"Hee, nudity!"
	Lucy: 	"Not as enticing as when he had on the pajamas."
	Cepheus White: 	"Oh, don't be such a baby. You'll get it back later. Grace, hold on to his hat for me, please."
* Crystal gets into the Oak main room, then walks over to Venec. She whips some measuring tape out of a fashion designer kit in her backpack, wordlessly taking his measurements. Her skin feels more like leaves or petals than human flesh.
	Grace Appara: 	"DANNY!"
	Danny Green: 	Danny puffed out his chest. "The greatest nudity ever!"
	Cepheus White: 	"Dammit Danny, quit it."
* Grace Appara turns around and buries her face in Cepheus' chest.
	Danny Green: 	"hehehehe"
* Cepheus White softly patted Grace's head.
	Grace Appara: 	"I-I'm scarred..."
	Miranda: 	"...It's just flesh. You're a Pokémon."
	Grace Appara: 	"Decency is still required!"
	Venec: 	Venec felt a little flustered as she measured, but complied.
	Lucy: 	"Told you, Miranda. You're a beast."
	Cepheus White: 	"It'll be okay. I'll have Jupiter personally punish him later."
	Miranda: 	"...Am not."
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS THANK YOU ARCEUS)
	Danny Green: 	What clothes is Grace wearing?
DNA: 	(The kimono. And pants.)
	Grace Appara: 	"A kimono. And the pants of the relationship."
	Venec: 	"Grace? Could you help Lucy with her kimono? The obi I don't think it can be put on by its own wearer."
	Miranda: 	"...So, you're male?"
	Cepheus White: 	"...Grace isn't male; are you crazy?"
	Grace Appara: 	"...I'm not gonna answer that. Coming Tatakai."
	Crystal: 	"Danny, if you don't get dressed you'll make us lose." She makes a very clear effort while working to never be facing Danny. She doesn't step away from Venec, though... in fact, she's literally building the samurai outfit around him!
	Lucy: 	"...Again with the first name basis."
	Cepheus White: 	"Now if you'll excuse me, I need to change myself."
* Grace Appara rushes over to Lucy and stares at her implacidly.
	Grace Appara: 	"I call you Lucy too, don't I?"
	Danny Green: 	Danny jumped up in surprise. "Oh! When did you get here Crystal?"
	Grace Appara: 	"Now, hold still."
	Venec: 	"I don't mind... it was her nickname." Venec laughed, watching Crystal work.
DNA: 	Cepheus's change was a bit more ordinary; it was basically a backup outfit of his that looked almost exactly the same, but...a little neater than he usually had.
	Danny Green: 	Danny seemed to blush furiously and cover himself.
	Danny Green: 	"Quick! Nggg! Someone get me a kimono!"
	Crystal: 	"I got the shopping done quickly so I could work. Let's see... this goes here, and..." she keeps mumbling to herself as she works, moving around Venec rapidly again and again.
	Venec: 	"You're good at this." Venec said, impressed.
	Jupiter Roswell: 	Jupiter was busy admiring himself in the mirror. He had the lightning rod, the crown, and the cape all ready to go.
	Danny Green: 	Danny looked at Crystal and Venec.
	Danny Green: 	"Can you do me next Crystal?"
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(Yes! Bow before me, for I am Jupiter, god of thunder!) he said to his reflection.
	Danny Green: 	Danny had a pleading expression and tone to his voice.
	Miranda: 	"Costs money, leader-sir."
	Crystal: 	"It's what I do for a living, but I'm still nowhere near as good as I have to be for my dream," she says off-handedly. "This should be fine for now. Once you get more familiar with contests you should be able to access the real potential in the costume, though."
	Venec: 	Venec paused for a moment, then placed a hand on Crystal's head.
	Danny Green: 	"Do you want to win or not?" Danny pouted.
	Venec: 	(Energy Shift: Fire)
	Crystal: 	"Danny, I need funds for the su--" she stops when she feels Venec's hand.
	Danny Green: 	He was still naked while pouting...
	Miranda: 	"Doesn't matter what we want, leader. We don't hands the funds."
	Danny Green: 	"Fine!"
	Danny Green: 	"Take my money!"
* Crystal pauses, then shudders as her hair changes from its jenny-esque turquouise to a fiery yellow-and-orange, the flower going red. Her skin flushes out a bit, and heats up significantly. "What are you--?"
* Miranda watches closely.
	Venec: 	Venec laughed, "Haha, you're a pokemon."
	Miranda: 	"Wait, wait, I think I saw Maria do this before."
	Venec: 	He seemed satisfied.
* Miranda steps up to Venec and bounces a bit.
	Miranda: 	"Do me, do me."
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(Wait, she IS? Whe did THIS happen?) Jupiter said, still admiring his reflection but kinda glancing over his shoulder.
	Lucy: 	"He certainly will not 'do you'. You're such a beast."
	Venec: 	He laughed again, "Alight, pick one. Dark or Psychic?"
	Miranda: 	"Psychic."
	Venec: 	Venec placed a hand on Miranda's head and shifted her psychic to fire. "Now that I think of it, this is how we met wasn't it."
	Danny Green: 	"Why are there so many PokePeople?"
DNA: 	It was at this point that Cepheus went back over to where Jupiter was. He straightened Jupiter's cape a little and asked "You ready?"
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(Am I ready? Am I READY!? Mwahahahahahah!!)
	Cepheus White: 	"...Save it for the stage. You can be crazy later."
	Danny Green: 	Danny eventually dressed in a kimono, then tried to apply some make-up on like an old gaia girl.
* Miranda skin turns a vigrant shade of crimson with her hair a deep shade of red. She exhales a wave of heat and smiles.
	Miranda: 	"Wow, this is the first time I've experienced shifting types like this. Wait, how'd we meet?"
	Crystal: 	"... Yeah. I spliced yesterday--was wondering when someone would figure it out." She tilts her head at Lucy, "Play nice." She then closes her eyes before turning her head towards Danny. "Let's see.... I think that one would be best for you. 550 pokedollars worth of material will be needed." She turns away, checking a clock. "Do I have time to head there and back...?" She finishes anything left on Venec's outfit. It's a deep blue, with wave patterns across the sleeves, and dark navy pants with the same.

	Danny Green: 	Danny handed Crystal the money.
* Crystal heads out again, much more nervous about the storm now as she bolts to the store to get Danny's supplies.
	Venec: 	"I think I'm ready, thanks Crystal, you've been a great help." He looked back up to Miranda, "So my mom knew how to do this? I learned it from my dad."
	Danny Green: 	"Hmmm," Danny hummed, "now what PokeMon to use for contest."
	Dandy Blue: 	Dandy nudged Danny, looking up at him expectantly.
	Miranda: 	"Maria's your mother?"
	Danny Green: 	"You're right Dandy!" Danny said. "I should use Andy!"
	Venec: 	"Maria Chance? Yes."
* Crystal returns quickly, slipping a bit but managing to avoid falling. "Danny, I'm not going near you until you have at least underwear on."
	Danny Green: 	Danny put some frilly underwear.

	Danny Green: 	"There. Happy?"
	Danny Green: 	"Also," Danny suddenly looked excited, "I decided on my contest entree!"
	Dandy Blue: 	Dandy looked a little dejected and forlorn by Danny's decision.
* Crystal is ok with this, and starts working. She's going for a more femenine approach, taking advantage of Danny's more childish and effeminate looks to make him a trap. Just because.
	Miranda: 	"Oh wow. I didn't know she had children. She's always been kinda distant on the whole relationship thing. Knows her stuff on Pokémon though."
	Danny Green: 	Danny giggles as Crystal does her work. "Shoosh, I'm ticklish!"
	Lucy: 	"Didn't Maria offer her genes to try and Human Splice a Cacturne?"
	Venec: 	"She didn't really seem much... mother like? I'm not sure how to say that. She was great to spend time with but she was more buddy with me than anything. Every June she takes a month off of work an I go visit her." He grinned and scratched his chin, "She makes me write a research paper every year when I go see her or else I don't get allowance. Last year was Volcanos."
	Miranda: 	"Yeah, she did. I didn't hear the results from that."
	Venec: 	"Hm?" Venec listened in.
	Miranda: 	"That's actually pretty good."
	Crystal: 	"Hold still. If you don't hold still I'll end up jabbing you with the needle." She keeps working adding a lotus hairclip to Danny's hair while she's at it.
	Lucy: 	"I guess if you only visit her a month out of the year, she wouldn't be used to being a mother."
* Lanna knocks on the door a few times, "Stage in five, Oaks!"
	Danny Green: 	"Quick!" Danny yelled, "Let's look sharp people!"
	Venec: 	"Yeah. She doesn't have custody so I really only am visiting. I do love her though, she does try her hardest. I hope to visit if we get to Saffron."
	Crystal: 	"Five?! Ah--I--" she grumbles a bit, wishing she'd had more time to actually groom the team and all.
	Cepheus White: 	"Five minutes? Looks like it's showtime soon. Jupiter, you remember what we rehearsed, right?"
	Danny Green: 	Danny returned Dandy to her PokeBall.
	Danny Green: 	"Time to shine Andy."
* Jupiter Roswell nodded softly. He kinda missed his fedora, but he'd get it back soon, so he wasn't worried.
	Danny Green: 	Danny released his gigantic Gyarodos!
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(Urge...to Thundershock...rising...)
Kaorin Sakura: 	I remind you the Gyarados is pink.
* Crystal gets started wordlessly, using her best supplies to groom Miranda, Jupiter, and Gyarados. "That might work for the Cool part, and Water does have Beauty moves."
	Venec: 	As they continue to prep Venec gives Lucy a quick backrub and Jupiter a quick...check up? Either way, Massage (+6 Temp Hit Points for next encounter + appealing look)
* Jupiter Roswell struck a pose!
	Cepheus White: 	"Agh! For a second there, I was momentarily blinded."
	Andy: 	Andy looked like a real darling.
	Andy: 	She roared beautifully.
	Miranda: 	"Oh my Arceus...she's...pink?"
	Grace Appara: 	"Yeah, she's shiny."
	Lucy: 	"Shiny is red, Grace."
	Venec: 	"I've been practicing massage, does anyone want a backrub before the event begins?"
	Grace Appara: 	"Please?"
	Crystal: 	"This should get us some attention, if nothing else..." she says, tilting her head at the Gyarados.
	Cepheus White: 	"...I'll be fine, thanks for offering."
	Danny Green: 	"Andy grew up with a bunch of Feebas and Milotic. She only wanted to grow up to be as beautiful as a Milotic."
	Crystal: 	"Miranda, could you give me a shoulder rub? And try and relax yourself, too."

	Danny Green: 	Danny's eyes became wet with sympathy. "I think she looks glorious!"

	Venec: 	Venec went back to focucing on getting himself and Lucy ready, not really surprised no one took him up on the offer but a little disapointed. He wanted the practice.
	Cepheus White: 	"It's almost time..." he whispered to himself. He turned to Grace and gave her a hug. "Wish us luck, okay?"
	Danny Green: 	Danny, stars in his eyes, alongside his pink Andy, was excited for the contest that awaited them all.
	Crystal: 	"Miranda?"
	Miranda: 	"Yeah, 'course!"
* Miranda quickly steps in front of Crystal, massaging her neck and shoulders as she leaned forward, giving her words of encouragement.
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(My body is ready! Let's do this!)
* Miranda she massaged her own shoulders afterward a bit to work out the kinks and relax some.
	Crystal: 	"Alright... I think that's all the preparation we can get now. Is everyone ready?"
	Cepheus White: 	"...I'm all right."
	Venec: 	"You know how to do massages Miranda?"
	Miranda: 	"Sure do."
	Crystal: 	"Does anyone need anything touched up? Last minute accessorizing and the like?"
	Venec: 	"I've been trying to learn. I do a lot of 'chi' stuff so I think I have a talent for it."
	Danny Green: 	"We're ready to wow the judges!"
	Miranda: 	"I'll give you some pointers later, if you'd like."
	Lucy: 	"...(Huff)."
	Venec: 	"Sounds like a plan. I'm a total amature."
	Crystal: 	"Danny, the others already know this, but you can't just -walk- out during the introductions. You have to do something to strike awe in the hearts of the audience."
* Lanna opens the door and gestures to the team.
	Lanna: 	"Come now, come now. The shows about to start!"
	Danny Green: 	"Can I ride in on Andy?"
	Crystal: 	"If you can do it with enough style." She leads the group along in following Lanna.
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(Come on, boss! Let's steal the show!) he sprinted ahead, with Cepheus in tow.
	Venec: 	Venec followed, Lucy behind him.
	Danny Green: 	Danny followed behind Crystal. He had a gleam in his eyes that said, "I am ready to strike awe and amazement in the hearts of everyone in the audience." Yes, his eyes said that much.
* Lanna brings the team backstage. There, you see two young girls and two young guys already standing in wait for the curtains, "Wait for your call!" With that, Lanna disappeared off to the side.
	Danny Green: 	Andy followed behind Danny.
	Announcer: 	"Ladies and Gentleman, boys and girls, Pokémon of all kinds I welcome you to Pallet's Super Contest!"
DNA: 	Cepheus stood at his appointed position, eyes fixed straight ahead, waiting for his moment.
	Announcer: 	"Today, winners of the Cerulean Normal Cool & Beauty Contest comes Team Birch, visiting briefly from Hoenn! Marty, Melissa, Tyler and Jasmine are here with their respectable teams! They won a massive amount in Cerulean and we're all in wonder for what they'll show today! Of course, they're facing off against Team Oak, our very own Professor owned team here in the home-region of Kanto! They were a dominant force just north of us in Viridian City!"
	Announcer: 	"Without further wait, let's begin the introductions!"
	Announcer: 	"White Cepheus!"
	Cepheus White: 	"Me first? That was fast..." he whispered. Jupiter then parted ways, hiding in an undisclosed location, getting read for the act.
DNA: 	Cepheus walked, alone, onto the stage, his eyes focused straight ahead. He appeared both calm and composed, making his way towards the center. Then, completely unprovoked, a lightning bolt flashed near his feet, causing him to jump backwards.
DNA: 	Looking up, he noticed a rather regal-looking Magnezone, wearing a crown with a lightning motif, a blue cape fluttering in the wind, and a large lightningrod fixed atop its head. From this rod, it was about to fire more lightning down at Cepheus, but Cepheus appeared to be ready. With his hands, he created a shining BARRIER that he used to deflect the thunderbolts, redirecting them to the ground.
DNA: 	The assault continued, not appearing to let up, with the Magnezone drawing closer to Cepheus, intent on causing destruction. It was in that moment that Jupiter fired another attack, but Cepheus, discarding his barrier, instead deployed a glinting MIRROR COAT, which not only absorbed Jupiter's attack completely, but sent it right back, knocking Jupiter out of the air.
DNA: 	The Magnezone got to his feet (?), and now his eyes, imbued with rage, unleashed a bright red Thunderbolt towards Cepheus. His opponent, however, was ready, and from the gauntlet on his left hand fired a blue THUNDERBOLT to match Jupiter's attack. The two discharges of electricity collided in midair, and with a bright flash of light, the entire stage seemed to be aglow in a shower of red and blue sparks.
DNA: 	Cepheus and Jupiter, at opposite ends of the stage, their act concluded, both took a bow towards the vast audience in front of them, and headed backstage to join the others.

	Danny Green: 	Danny was giving the orders to Andy through his mental powers.
	Cepheus White: 	"Best of luck to you guys."
	Team Oak: 	Team Oak is healed and gains 16 hit points.
	Announcer: 	"Impressive, impressive!"
Kaorin Sakura: 	The crowd was in awe of that shockingly cool display!
	Announcer: 	"Next up! Gale Melissa!"
	Melissa: 	* There are streaks of green and gold that zip across the stage in a cross fashion and a second after, comes a sparks that erupt into a dazzling display of colours. Another few crosses happen, streaks of sparks following after and breaking into more displays of colour. Moments later, the the gold and green zip into each other, bursting into a swirl of draconic roars and whirling winds. As the winds die out and the colours fade, standing center stage is a Sceptile holding his Trainer, Melissa.
	Melissa: 	* Melissa casually exits the stage with Sceptile.
Kaorin Sakura: 	« 6d4+2 = 13 + 2 = 15 »
	Team Birch: 	Team Birch is healed and gains 15 hit points.
	Announcer: 	"Oooh, what pretty colours!"
Kaorin Sakura: 	The crowd is given in awe of the shadow dances but not quite to the extent of Cepheus' show.
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(Pfft. I still think Wizard Lightning Battle was far superior,) Jupiter whispered.
	Announcer: 	"Myles Venec! Come on up!"
Venec: 	"Well... here we go."
Venec: 	A mist poured across the stage as the curtains parted. A lone sillouette stood darkened, naginata in hand. With a tap of the haft on the ground he raised the naginata above his head in, held in one hand. Slowly he began to move, a glacial practiced form. Step, sweep, block, push, step, weave... The mist only growing thicker.
Venec: 	A pulse rushed through the air, a second figure stood. Taller, more feminine with a thin tail waving behind her. The man stood aside as she began her gradual dance, her sleaves sweeping and stirring the mist. The man took her place, moving faster, the naginata's swing more dramtic in clear intimidation, bubbles left in the wake of its arc.
Venec: 	The woman grew stiff. With a sharp step forward flames began to flicker from her form as she danced in the mist. The embers cut through the bubbles the man's spear left, claiming the mist for the fire. The man took a slash toward her, she ducked under. From their the form grew more violent. Sweep after slash the man tried to counter the woman on stage, water spraying from his blade. The woman evaded all without breaking her dance, flames cloaking her arms and legs as her dance fought back.
Venec: 	The two sillouettes spun faster and faster around one another, embers flying and mist flooding the stage. For a moment it seemed the man was about to win, a sharp sweep to the woman's leg left her falling to the floor. All was still as the man pointed the blade to the woman's fallen throat. If it wasn't for the flowing mist the sillouettes could be mistaken for a still image.
Venec: 	Then the flames. First it started upon the woman, a sillouette in mist traded for a sillouette in blaze. The fire started to spread, circling slowly around the two. The man's shape looked around him in a panic and the woman stood. With a dramatic rise of her arms the entire stage erupted in flame, violently dispelling the mist around them. The cyclone tore around the stage and then suddenly silenced.
Venec: 	The two figures, a now perfectly visible Lucy and Venec, stood triumpantly before the audience. Lucy's kimono, still the same pink as before, pedals dancing along the fabric. The samurai Venec wore a blue outer robe with his attire, faint bubbles adorned the design. The two took a bow and the curtains closed before them.
Venec: 	(done)

Venec: 	"Whew." Venec exhaled, "Thanks guys."
	Announcer: 	"Next, come on Jasmine!"
	Jasmine: 	* Jasmine steps onto the stage in a light spray of water overhead, giving the imagine of a drizzle on a sunny day. Rainbows shine and fade with each of her steps before and finishes with a curtsey. Whiscash comes cascading down a spiral of water, landing beside her and awkwardly giving a bow.
	Jasmine: 	* Jasmine takes her Whiscash fin in hand and trots off the stage.
Kaorin Sakura: 	« 4d4+2 = 11 + 2 = 13 »
	Venec: 	"Um... Grace?"
	Team Birch: 	Team Birch is healed and gains 13 hit points.
Kaorin Sakura: 	The crowd is less enthralled by Jasmine's performance but claps anyway.
	Announcer: 	"Yes, yes. Quite, quite. Let's see this! Jenny Cystal!"
Avara: 	Nothing happens for a second or two... then two green balls arc into view, exploding into seeds and flowers. The seeds immediately take root and start growing, while a pink-purple mist floats into the walkway. It fills the area, showing a Dream of various people from every region not just getting along with their pokemon, but living with them closer than ever. Splices, humans and pokemon, with the humans still carrying a poke-feel to them somehow. As the Dream Smoke thins, a pinkish figure can be seen flitting across the walkway, dancing around the walkway with her plant-like owner, fire dancing around them as they dip and spin, going to and fro. The plants continue to grow, becoming a garden that sways with them, before they finally arrive on the center stage.

Kaorin Sakura: 	The crowd stands, roaring and hooting as they cheer on the performers!

* Crystal takes one final dip/bow with Miranda before dancing back off-stage.
	Cepheus White: 	"...Impressive."
	Venec: 	"Wow, you outdid me on that one! Dang..."
	Announcer: 	"Next up is Marty!"
	Marty: 	* A willowing shriek echoes throughout the Hall as several Armaldo walk up on stage, glistening with a great sheen and reflecting the many lights of the Hall. They walk up to the edges and gives another willowing shriek, bubbles appearing out of their hide and shells as they do, floating upward and outward to the crowd. Each of the Armaldo suddenly and quickly cross through each other, a large star appearing from the cross and flaring out to the bubbles, popping them all in a glistening array of sparkles. Once the light show is over, already on center stage is Marty, his hand on his hip in triumph.
	Marty: 	* Hand still on his hip, him and Armaldo exit the stage.
Kaorin Sakura: 	« 6d4+2 = 14 + 2 = 16 »
	Team Birch: 	Team Birch is healed and gains 16 hit points.
Kaorin Sakura: 	The crowd, obviously not as interested in this performance but still finds it entertaining.
	Announcer: 	"Good, good! Up next, Danny!"
Danny: 	There was a slight pause for a few seconds...
Danny: 	A woman walked onto the stage alone.
Danny: 	"I am a man." No, it was a man! It was Danny!
Danny: 	Danny waited for the gasps to settle down. The curtains appeared to flap behind him as if by their own volition. A supernatural power was at work. Danny, with a fast action, pointed at the audience, smiling dashingly while trying to look awesome. "I am Danny. I am awesome!" A telepathic, psychic voice inside people's heads emanated and repeated all around the auditorium.
Danny: 	Danny pulled out a yoyo from his pocket. Danny then went ahead and did some tricks... he walked the dog! He did around the world! Danny put his yoyo back in his pocket...
Danny: 	Danny suddenly pointed at the curtain, which fully opened to reveal Andy in all her pink splendor. "This is Andy. She is awesome!" the telepathic voice continued. It was easy to do the narrator's voice from that PokeMon TV show in your head. The voice repeated, changing tone and mystique as the ordeal went on, entering people's minds and warping their brains.
Danny: 	Andy roared loudly and TACKLED the challenge head-on. The large serpentine PokeMon gave another loud roar, moving onto the stage with a tremendous amount of force and power, moving in a way only a majestic serpentine of old could move - but then pouted at the judges in a really cute and lovable way.
Danny: 	"Awesome!" the psychic voice shouted inside everyone's heads.
Danny: 	Andy roared some more, TACKLING the challenge once again, turning her back on the audience and judges. She then turned her head in a flirtatious way and pouted some.
Danny: 	"AWESOME!" the psychic voice shouted again.
Danny: 	Andy finished with one last TACKLE, curtsying as she did so, looking up in a demur kind of way while waving her eyelashes at the judges.
Danny: 	"OHMYGODAWESOME!!!!" the telepathic power was like a microphone inside everyone's head. It might have exploded some brains!
Danny: 	The two then curtsied and left the stage.
	Crystal: 	"That... was weird."
	Venec: 	"I'm not sure if I should be surprised or not." Venec looked at Cepheus to gadge his response.
	Cepheus White: 	"...I'd say I'm surprised, but knowing Danny, I kinda expected this. He just had a stage to convey his flamboyant personality on."
Kaorin Sakura: 	The audience laughed in joy, screamed in terror, awed at the stage and was oddly impressed over all.
	Venec: 	'I guess. But it's like when you know something's about to jump out of a bush and startle you, and then it does and surprises you anyway. You know?"
Kaorin Sakura: 	« 6d4+1 = 15 + 1 = 16 »
	Team Oak: 	Team Oak loses 16 hit points.
Avara: 	loses?
	Cepheus White: 	"Yeah...I know."
	Team Oak: 	Team Oak is healed and gains 32 hit points.

	Announcer: 	"That was...yes, quite. Tyler!"
	Tyler: 	* It's bright and sunny, a clear beautiful day light up on the stage but then, the flurries of snow sprinkle, melting mid-descent and creating small rainbows. The weather suddenly changes to that of a snowy winter and midst its downy white frost comes a swirl of dragon shaped flames, spiraling around until they reach the top of the center stage, bursting into a cascade of water. Falling from the burst are two bubbles that pop at the stage floor, revealing Tyler and his Castform. The two bow as their performance ends.
	Tyler: 	* exits the stage.
	Tyler: 	« 8d4+12 = 20 + 12 = 32 »
	Team Birch: 	Team Birch is healed and gains 19 hit points.
Kaorin Sakura: 	The audience still seemed rather stunned from the previous performance, but at least this one snapped them back into their senses.
	Announcer: 	"That was impressive. Now, we get to move to the Appeal Round!"
	Announcer: 	"Coordinators! Get ready to throw your influence around with unique move combinations!"
	Venec: 	"Alright! Lets go!"
* Crystal is still spinning a little from the dance, glad she didn't try throwing Teleport in as well. She'd have to get used to doing that more often. "Right!"

	Jasmine: 	"Alright, Whiscash! Throw out a Water Pulse at Mesarthim!"

	Announcer: 	"Not today you don't. You've lost this round. Majority votes and judges single Team Oak as the victor by dominance. Please, everyone step down."

	Jupiter Roswell: 	Jupiter immediately took the moment to float up atop Andy's head and wave to the crowd, expressing his show of passion!

	Cepheus White: 	Cepheus normally would have shunned Jupiter's needless display of machismo, but he just chuckled and shook his head a bit. "He's earned it."
	Crystal: 	"Danny. A true champion needs to be able to win without pissing off the enemies, you know?"
	Tyler: 	"That's totally unfair."
	Venec: 	Venec turned to Lucy, "You were beautiful."
	Melissa: 	"No it's not. It's the same in Hoenn. It's just called a blowout there."
	Crystal: 	"The judges run the scores, but the crowd can end things in an instant if you aren't careful."
	Jasmine: 	"We still have more chances. They won fair and square. I need to polish my techniques here. Can't just focus on battle."
	Marty: 	"Congrats guys. Maybe next time we'll see you in the final round where I'm at my best. You guys earned this one, even I think you all were badass."
	Danny Green: 	"Yeah!" Danny called, "Get better! You guys stunk!"

	Venec: 	Venec pushed Danny aside and walked over to shake hands with the opponents.
	Danny Green: 	Nobody really took into account that Danny was still dressed like a woman.

	Jupiter Roswell: 	He'd been waiting for this for a while, so he went right up to Danny and slapped him solidly across the face.
	Crystal: 	"I don't know why he's like this, but I really enjoyed this competition with you four. You were clearly better than the last team, if it's any consolation."
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(How dare you scar Grace with your immature manflesh!) he buzzed.
	Danny Green: 	"HAHAHA-erk!" Danny got slapped.

	Cepheus White: 	"I thank you all for the chance to test our skills against yours. Hopefully we'll be able to meet in a future contest. I look forward to it."

* Crystal exchanges handshakes and, Miranda permitting, hugs. She then turns to look at Miranda, "Ready to get your first ribbon?"

	Danny Green: 	"A MALE wailord."
* Miranda grins and watches all the hugging before nodding.
	Miranda: 	"My first Ribbon..."
* Miranda almost looks like she's drooling to the idea.
	Danny Green: 	Danny scooted back to everyone else, loving the attention and victory.

	Venec: 	"Because she enjoys things?"
	Venec: 	Venec had walked back over to Lucy
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(Oh right, Ribbons! Boss! Boss! Let's go to the podium already!)
* Crystal takes Miranda's hand, leading her up to the judges.
	Lucy: 	"There's nothing wrong with that. But her behavior is so...feral."
	Venec: 	Venec chuckled, "If you say so."
	Announcer: 	"Team Oak. Team Oak. I just can't get enough saying that." He wipes a tear from his eyes. "You were astonishing. Amazing. Just...just keeping doing what you're doing. It's worth it."
	Venec: 	Venec was beaming proudly, just as he had the first contest.
	Jupiter Roswell: 	(I am awesome!) Jupiter struck a pose. (It's...it's like my dream come true...) He began to shed tears of joy.
	Danny Green: 	"Yeah," Danny nodded, "it was nothing really. We're just natural beauties!"
	Danny Green: 	Danny stuck his tongue out at the other competitors.
	Cepheus White: 	Cepheus performed a Gibbs-slap against the back of Danny's head. "Danny, stop it."

	Announcer: 	"I'm proud to award each of you a Cool & Beauty Super Contest Ribbon."

* Crystal takes Miranda's ribbon and a spare piece of cloth, pinning the ribbon to the cloth and tying the cloth gently around Miranda's tail. "How does that feel?"
	Venec: 	Venec took it with a eager bow.
	Cepheus White: 	Cepheus nodded respectfully taking the ribbon, trying to set a good example in sharp contrast to Danny and Jupiter.
	Announcer: 	"Along with the Ribbon, as this is a Super Contest, you're all able to select a prop of your choice from our stock. The item in question will allow you to perform a single Pokémon move. It's nothing too harsh as anything beyond this is still in testing, but these are on the market expensive items. As a reminder, they're only one with move types from the Contest types."
	Venec: 	Venec's eyes widened.
	Cepheus White: 	"Oh? Will these props break upon using this move?"
	Announcer: 	"Of course not. That's hardly a prize."
	Cepheus White: 	"Hahaha, fair enough; just wanted to make sure."
	Danny Green: 	"You honour us with your amazing contest," Danny ssaid dutifully. "I am proud to wear such a fantastic ribbon. It will remind me always of this wonderful contest... every wonderful face in the audience, the sharp and professional eye of each judge...and the rattled expressions of our beaten oppositon!"
	Crystal: 	"This will take some thought. Do you mind if I come back later today to pick?"
	Announcer: 	"That's perfectly fine, ma'am."
	Announcer: 	"A prop is important after all."
	Cepheus White: 	"I believe I need to give this some thought as well."
	Venec: 	Venec nodded.
Avara: 	perfect performance on miranda, by the by.
	Danny Green: 	"I have already decided..."
	Venec: 	Venec noticed the awards handed out and the audience leaving. Realizing something he turned to the competition. "Hey!"
* Crystal turns to the competition as well, watching Venec.
	Melissa: 	"Yeah?"
	Venec: 	"You're Team Birch right? Are you collecting pokedex data too? We could exchange scans."
	Announcer: 	"And finally, you're all awarded with a cash prize of 10000¥."
	Crystal: 	"After you're done with that, come up here. You might've lost, but we couldn't have put on such a wonderful show without you." She turns, taking her cash reward with a smile and a curtsey.
	Melissa: 	"Birch doesn't let us exchange, says it'll muck up the data he's collecting, but you're free to scan our Pokémon."
	Danny Green: 	Danny scanned Melissa.
	Venec: 	"Ah, I can understand that. I'm sort of a completionist myself." Venec scanned the pokemon.
	Cepheus White: 	"Ah, I think I have an idea for a desired prop. Do you have a prop that can utilize Dark Pulse?"
Kaorin Sakura: 	"Melissa Gale. Female, age 15, 5'5", Japanese, Team Birch. She's originally from the Unova region and moved to Hoenn after a legendary Pokémon catastrophe left most of the northern region frozen. She's a competitive Trainer in all aspects and only uses Pokémon that evolves twice, not including baby Pokémon. So far, she's acquired 82 species of Pokémon in a little over a week alone. Her Pokémon makes up the bulk of Team Birch's Pokémon."
