The floating monstrosity was high up in the sky, and it continued its slow journey across the country despite the gathering of magi. But when they begin to attack with arrowfire and blasts of magical energy, the construct returns fire- Beams of light ignite from every 'clock' and scorch the lands below, and it seems to endure their blows handily.

Tick tock.

Tick tock.

Time's running out.

Elred gazed upon the create floating here, what was it? This didn't make much sense, but it left bad vibes in the air. This didn't belong here clearly, but wat was the reason for the creature being here?

Maybe he could find some answers he was looking for or perhaps figure something out from this encounter.

The battle commences as many dozen of the gathered army and a force of Coalition troops work to push the titan back- It was especially heavy, at least a hundred tons, and its stone 'armor' was enchanted by a network of runes that several Chiron gems harness at the center of it all.

But even something this massive with as much power behind it couldn't last forever, no. It wasn't designed to go for longer than a day, and had no real mind of its own other than to destroy anything in its path.

And it did so.

You look around, you see numerous magi being felled by beams of light as the creatue bends the flow of time magic to appear throughout the battlefield, scorching the land.

An hour passes.

It still lives, though its core is cracked.

Then the final assault of numerous magi finally fell the construct- Prisms of mana escape each eye, as it implodes in fire and smoke.

Only one chiron gem survives, falling in the hands of the one who dealt the final strike.

Tick tock.
Tick tock...

The End of Times has been defeated, but this is surely only a taste of what was to come.

Durable was the first thought that came to Elred's mind when striking this creature though it had quite a bit of power behind the magic it expelled.

This was a better time than any to exploit the knowledge he gathered from his study. There needed to be a second attempt to his failed practice again. he came to a complete halt and began to focus his mana outward.

He failed though with the amount of magic being slung around he couldn't completely focus on the task. He continue dashing towards the creature, delivering various timed strike until it finally fell.

Thus attempt was fail, but there can't be progress without failure. He glanced towards his allies to check if they were alright and they seemed that way at least.

At the mention of Chiron he was curious as to where this gem fell. He needed to return to his studies it was clear he had a lot to learn before mastering this skill.
