Episode 17: Prelude to Liege Cup/Mall Shopping

A week have passed in Archanea with many things happening...Jalen winning a tourney (Pieces Cup) within the Rank D system in Togle flawlessly, the kids training up their monsters, and finally, the capital getting ready for the yearly Prince Cup, a tourney held between Nohr and Archanea as a show of good will. Dating back about 456 years ago, this event will be held in Nohr's capital, Noxus at the end of Nov. Within the room are the usual nobles lead by King Hector who is having a discussion on the tourney. As expected, it would seem that the leading candidate for winning the Rank C tourney Liege Cup is Minerva's daughter, Cordelia.

Minerva proposed that they should just announce her kid as the liege for Prince Chrom considering that they are already together and have good chemistry, however this prompts Marcus to speak up for one of his grandkids, a lad named Adam Taurus who is currently living in Magbell. Although Minerva don't approve due to rumors of his less-than-stellar monster training involving abuse that she knows Marcus is covering up for, A rumor that Marcus tells her is all based on lies to slander the Hale name. Both Ulster and Rodrigue offered up their sons despite being in Rank D, but Marcus reprimanded them for even daring to suggest a bad idea, as if their son's monsters can compete in a rank outside of their own.

They all get to arguing for a moment before King Hector silence them all with a raised hand, and begin to tell them that the Liege Cup is a Rank C 8 monster bracket with single elimination and while everyone from E to C can entered it..He give the leaders of Gautier and Fradarius a leveled glare..He also suggest that they be careful of any possible injuries that can happen to their monsters.

With all of that said, he dismiss them all to their own businesses as he attend to his own, with all of the leaders leaving out and heading home. In his car on the way back, Marcus is quite annoyed over Minerva's rightful accusation of his grandson. Not many people know of Adam's track record that he and his brothers help keep a lid on besides a very small few, and of those small few, only Minerva can't be brought out of or threatened. Even still, she doesn't say too much about it due to the lack of evidence on her end.
These rumors are mostly on Adam being a cheating trainer who use drugs on his monsters to boost their stats in battle and training as well as getting into many fights with commoners and some lesser nobles.  Fights that he made sure to bury underneath the rug. But now that if he wanna get more power for the Hale family, he will need to reign in his grandson's destructive behavior. For now at least....

He head to his home after arriving and parking his car and go back to his usual plotting...

Jalen is currently standing outside of the toy store located in the Togle Mall on a busy saturday with a bored expression as Marth is sitting on the bench reading theories on capitalist nations and why they all suck(Jalen honestly didn't know where he was getting these books from, but who was he to stop his monster from expanding his mind?) As to why the 3 of them were here...it was cause while watching his mothers win the Official Rank D cup in Magbell, Kana asked Alexis could they go shopping for toys and she agreed to it.

Problem was that..Alexis didn't have no money for the favor. So she asked her dad can he helped her, and he reluctantly agreed to it. "(Instead of training...they are here acting like kids...)" Scowling at this before he blinks and sighs.. "(..of course they are acting like kids..who knows the kinds of shit they went through...)" Great, now he felt bad for being annoyed about being dragged out like this. Hell, he would bet his trusty and beloved hat that Alexis probably wanna do stuff like this with her, himself, and Regina in the future.

Regina Branwen...That name and pictures of her still weigh in heavily in his head from the time he saw them. From what Alexis told him of her, she seems to be a very competitive person who don't take shit from anyone, and just as vicious as a typical Nohrian in combat.

Much like him as a matter of fact.

What was she actually like? Is she just as Alexis said she is, or is she something entirely different? And would they even get along together to the point they would have sex and make Alexis again? Love and romance was never one of Jalen's strong point and it shows throughout his entire life. Then again, considering what he had to go through growing up...it was never on his mind to begin with.

He walk back and sit down on the bench next to Marth who have just finished his book for now and look at his trainer with a concerned look with Jalen notices as he look at his Garu. "Eh, just thought about the shit they went through and how we have to stop it..." He frowns and sighs... "Typical hero shit..."

As he lean his head back and sighs...He sees two familiar figures heading his way talking to each other. Rhiannon was walking with Edelgard who carries about 8 bags in her arms with muscular arms with Rin's thick thighs wearing white shorts.

"So Rank C doesn't seem that bad...Aymr is struggling a bit in the DEF and LIF tho. I think we need to work on that with her." Edelgard speaks up as Rin nods. "Agreed, once we get her goingon that, may I suggest....Huh?" She soon see Jalen sitting on the bench with his arms crossed staring at them. "Isn't that Jalen?"

Edelgard look over and sees him. "Yeah, it is...let's go say hi." They walk over and wave at him which he just nods back at them. "Sup, Jalen! How've you been?" Rhiannon grins at him with Edelgard speaking up afterwards "I heard you got to Rank D...Good work."  He grunts as he look away and back to the store. "Thanks..nice work to getting Rank C..." "It was as expected for me and Rinny...Aymr did amazing work in her tourney tho..."Edelgard adjust her ponytail with Rin soon frowning. "But um...Why are you here looking at the store?"

Jalen points to Alexis and Kana coming out of the store just now with action figures "I'm babysitting these 2..." As the kids come towards the adults and see the Hresvelgs, Both Kana and Alexis pause with the former seeing his parents for the first time as the parents themselves are staring at Kana with widen eyes...

"(Huh...think things will go smoothly here...)" Jalen nods with a calm look as Rhiannon blitz towards the startled lad and kneel to his level with a wide smile. "Hello there, little kid? What's your name?" As Kana barely tries to get a word out, Alexis suddenly remembers both the Hresvelg's...fetishes...

"Jalen..." He rose an eyebrow at Edelgard's sudden heavy breathing with a red face and lidded eyes. "You didn't tell us that you were friends with a young lad..." "Well.." He responded confused and lost as Alexis scooted towards her dad... "I just met the lad through my...." The two of them shared a look.. "Cousin..." They probably should had told them the truth, but right now with Edelgard and Rin surrounding the boy with Rin scooping him up in her arms."!!!" Kana gasp as he look towards Rn's motherly face with Edelgard smiling at him. "Jalen, we're gonna take the boy off your hands and give him a tour of the mall, ok?"

"Good, he agreed with us, Edel... let's go."

The Pruetts just watch Kana getting escorted away by the Hresvelgs into the mall with Jalen looking confused as Alexis sighs despondently. "I should had known this was gonna happen.." "What?" Jalen turn to her as she look at him. "Poor Kana is gonna have sex with his moms...They really have a lot of fetishes and fucking younger boys is one of them..."

"...oh..." he begin to jog after them. "We gotta go stop them then..." Alexis reach out after jogging after him and stop him. "Dad, no...you never wanna get in the way of a Hresvelg horny...People have died for that..."

Both of them stayed in silence before Jalen sighs and walk off, Hands in his pocket and Marth behind him.  "Not much we can do about that then, I trust that Kana have your number and address so that the 2 horndogs drop him off when they're done?"

The 2 Pruetts went on to continue their day together where later on that night,  After Alexis came home, she saw Kana laying on the couch with wide eyes mutterering about his mom's fat asses and big cock...
