I need to pare back my backlog again and so I'm going to go back to imposing stricter rules on myself to get through my newer games that I actually intend to play. So those rules are

1. No remakes/ports/remasters
2. No replaying old games
3. Current generation only (PS4/Xbone/Switch/3DS/Vita/recentish PC back to 2014)
4. Just finish story mode/get end credits in whatever, difficulty doesn't matter
5. Play only what you intend to finish

Ah, much more doable. It's a bit sad to cut out Secret of Mana, Shadow of the Colossus, the Bayonettas, etc but I just need to start finishing up new stuff and getting into the groove again.
