Dear Roblox,

I had bought 2 UGC marketplace items that had now been either content deleted or archived. The UGC together were around 100 Robux.

I remember a post saying that if a UGC creator archives their UGC items, the players do not get refunds, nor can they wear them.

People who get scammed on UGC like that should get a refund. Imagine if a UGC limited sold for 25k Robux, and the UGC Creator archived it, making it so the player cannot wear the item and get no refunds.

Can I get a refund back on my 2 Items that were either content deleted or archived?
