Why do you want to become Staff?:
 I want to become a staff because of my love to the server because my whole life since I played this game I always played Frozen since the beginning of the server from Faction and when the server became HCF, I did not know what HCF was, but I started being interested in it, and I have played continuously and learned more and more about HCF and Frozen, and this server has an excellent community that is very polite, but only if you talk to them in the right way, but there are also players with whom you just have to speak roughly and take them off Frozen, and I want to help you out there and I’ve farmed a lot of my playtime and played quite a lot and I came across 6.7 hackers who teleported to my base and made me raidable because I was alone, but that’s irrelevant information, there must be too many hackers on the server, and I’m here to stop them if you let me. I want to use my extensive vocabulary, Communication skills, and Charisma for good reasons such as being a Staff, using them and passing them to other players.

Also, I have the desire to become the staff on the server I love to play and to remove all of its threats like hackers, ddosers, toxic players, and players who violate server rules. Also, one problem faced by Frozen's staff is that when I play, and when all EU players play, there is not enough staff to help the players in Discord, in-game or forums. I’m a positive person, and I think not only about players but to staff, I’ll give a positive atmosphere and the impact on this server where there is not a very positive atmosphere because there are many players who break server rules and kill the desire to play. I want to help the server, and I think I can do it with my knowledge. I do not have a lot of staff experience, but I know my job and my "obligations." Maybe I mentioned this, but a huge problem is moving people in support rooms, and while I was a staff member it was my favorite thing to do, so I think I can help a lot with that problem.

Maturity


I am very mature and professional when I need to be, and I do not know if this should be mentioned,  what I meant to say that I was already mature and professional even as I am a 12-year-old kid.


Loyalty


I am very loyal to this server as I mentioned, so now three times, that I played on this server from the beginning, and I like this server, also I am a hard worker, and I will do my best and try to help as much as possible.


Experience


I have a huge experience to be a staff, and I know what I need to do, and I know what my job is if I’m in the position of a staff member. I also know how to be in every situation in real life, and especially in Minecraft.


Thinking


My activity on the server, forums, and Discord, and when I play I do not just look at how to have fun but what other players are, and I try to make myself friends with them as much as possible. To return to activity as I wrote in the “How many hours can you put into server” area, I can provide approximately 20-40 hours a week (Cant play on weekdays).


Responsibility


My responsibility I am very resourceful in most situations not only in the game but in real life, and this is one of the essential features to become a member of the Frozen Staff.


Positivity


My positiveness, for example, when I communicate with a very toxic player, I will stay “calm” and continue talking with him friendly. As I play, I also try to make myself friends with everybody and try to do them a favor or help when they need it.


Dedication


My dedication to this server, I have much free time right now and plan to dedicate 100% of my time and effort to improve the server. Commitment and trust are one of the most important roles for becoming a staff member.





Knowledge


My knowledge, I was a staff on this server, which allows me enough knowledge to become staff again, and remember everything and do what I should to help the server, just like any usual staff should do.


Activity


My activity on Discord, I know for a fact that people in Discord wait at least 30minutes to respond by a staff member. I know that hurts, especially if there is a situation such as Hackers or someone made you raidable by glitching in your base or things such as that.


Honesty


I am a sincere person, and I will punish every player as much as they deserve and not have mercy even to someone close to me because this is a job I take

very seriously.
