  5. The battle between the Syrian Army and the terrorist group "al-Nusra Front" in Damascus's countryside during the last few days was brutal, and whoever had access to the secrets and details of that battle confirm that it was conclusive and tactical. The final outcome of that "round" gave the terrorist group a dreadful blow, losing thousands of its men.
  6.
  7. This battle, according to al-Nusra Front and its inciters abroad, was meant to strike the regime's core, compensating the failure of the first battle after assassinations of security and military leaders in Damascus.
  8. As the Syrian Army faced difficulties at the beginning in facing the armed terrorists and could not succeed at defeating them since they would strike then flee to secret hiding places in Daraya.
  9. However, the Syrian Army, specialized in the gang's technique of fighting thanks to a year-and-an-half long war with terrorist groups, came up with "creative schemes" during Damascus Countryside's battle, ultimately driving these terrorists out of their lairs.
  10. In this context, resourceful sources told al-Ahed News website that the Syrian Army loaded tons of flour on military helicopters then dropped them on terrorists' hiding places, which drove them out of their lairs in panic, believing that the regime had targeted them with chemical weapons, then fled towards an ambush the Syrian Army had set for them.

  12. Through this creative tactic, the Syrian army was able to fail the capital downfall plot promoted by the so-called opposition and its funders through the deployment of thousands of armed terrorists. This failure slapped the opposition hard in the face when the Army cleansed areas the terrorists fled from, especially Daraya and its neighboring areas.
  13.
  14. Moreover, the source jokingly spoke of "No more flour in Damascus", concluding that these tactics against terrorists indicate the army's strength and smooth work in obliterating terrorists and paralyzing their movement no matter how great their number.
