- JESSICA "Hmm.. aren't they abit late?"

- HOST: "That must be them"
- NARRATOR PAUSE.
- "Them", belong to a pair of people that are paying a visit to this household. They apparently are here by invitation by their friend, the host, to stay at their house for a couple of
- days.
- MARK "Hello! Is anyone there?"
- JESSICA "Coming!"
- *Host and hostess comes to welcome the two*
- LUCAS&JESSICA "Welcome!"
- MARK&DARIEL "Hi!"
- MARK/DARIEL "Hello LUCAS, how have you been?"
- LUCAS "I'm fine how about you?"
- MARK/DARIEL "I'm fine as well."
- DARIEL Look, we brought something for you!
- *Hands over wine wrapped in red paper.*
- LUCAS "Let me introduce you to my sister; Justine. Sorry that my parents aren't around. They are busy with work recently".
- DARIEL No prob'
- DARIEL Could we have a tour of your house later on?
- NARRTATOR What dariel did, was a common thing that msot visitors do; ask for a tour of the house. This is because denmark like to show off their proud accomplishments to their guests.
- LUCAS Sure! But how about I show you guys around while my sister does the dishes for dinner?
- MARK May I help with setting the table?
- LUCAS If you insist, the tour can come later.
- DARIEL Let's help out the dishes first. It'll be bad to leave the work all to one person. We'll have a tour together after.

- NARRATOR After the tables are set, the four started to serve the food.
- NARRATOR When the food are served, they started to take their seat.
- *One of the actors will sit as they like*
- JESSICA Pardon me, but could you sit here?
- NARRATOR When guests visit houses of the Danish, the hosts often has a seating plan for their guests.
- *The actors will move to the assigned seat*
- LUCAS Alright, here is a toast before we start. SKOL!
- ALL SKOOOOL!
- NARRATOR PAUSE
- The "skol" thing, is actually a form of cheers when toasting. It implies the wishes for good fortune and health.
- *One of the guests holds the knife on their left hand*
- JESSICA *THe hostess holds up the fork on her left, and the knife on their right; implying that's the correct way to hold the utensils*
- NARRATR When you're holding the utensils, you're supposed to hold the knife on your right, and the fork on your left.
- *The guest will correct himself, same with the other guests*
- *They started to put their wrsits on the edge of the table*
- NARRATOR Notice that they put their wrists on the table. It is considered proper table manners to put your wrists on the edge of the table when you're not using the utensils.
- *While eating, mark posts a question*
- MARK So LUCAS, how's work?"
- NARRATOR Pause. *ALl stops*
- You're not supposed to discuss business related topics, unless the hosts are ok with it.
- LUCAS It's ok, fun and all.
- *after eating the hosts will start to do their cleaning up.:
- one of the actors will offer to help.
- The hosts will serve the desert.
- The male sitting to the left of the hostess will have to do a toast of thanks.
- NARRATOR PAUSE!.
- As a toast of thanks in denmark, the male sitting left to the hostess will have to offer/start the toast.
- They will hold their glasses at eye level and make eye contact with ppl sitting closest to them
- NARRATOR PAUSE.
- They have to hold their glasses at eye level and make eye contact with ppl sitting closest to them.
- the hosts then shows them aroind the house after the cleanup/
