The End was to be the ruin of all creatures, the ruin of everything great about the known world. That it was, it was truly the apocalypse of the old ways. Though, it was not the ruin of everything about the known universe. Different races begin to rise strongly from the ashes, their flames were not snuffed out as the Phoenixes of their kind grew. They changed from reminisces to pillars bringing back their old communities to something near what old was. Some races grew larger and others grew smarter.

The Youkai started to grow once more as they united different tribes together. They began to knit these communities together culling the individuality that was these groups. They just became Youkai, these groups were broken up by appearance but became the same. That was until a group of rowdy large demon-looking creatures appeared in the midst. Some looked like humans with horns, others looked like orges/trolls, and some just looked unique. It was not many that came but the appearance of these monsters sent chills down the spines of the leaders.

The Youkai three quickly set up plans to find what these people wanted. The strongest of the old group would speak to the demonic group. They were just traveling the lands as Youkai, hearing about the new Youkai encampments, and wanted to visit. They had been testing their skills abroad clashing with each race and they felt that the others were skillful, some more than others. The group was just trying to survive and the older Youkai thought these young rascals were enemies. So they came up with a ploy to kick them out to make them seem as if they were too rowdy to be controlled.

The Three Elders sent the Oni to be killed in their sleep and as the assassins made their way to the group. One was killed in their sleep and this quickly awoke the leader who started to find his people dying. Sent flying into a rage, unspeakable things began to happen as the creature would start destroying the camp. This destruction frustrated the people who were now fearful of the Oni. The Oni tried to explain about their people being killed which was cast aside as the Oni were thrown out of the village.

This was hundreds of years ago, whatever happened after the Oni were thrown out is ancient history. The Oni kept their hate for the other Youkai races for not believing them. The Oni started to travel as a vagabond group meaning they were wherever they wanted to be. They found a section of the forest and camped it out on their own, using a cave system as their main source of retreat. The Oni began to thrive in these lands, the times began rolling over, and years passed.

The original leader had died hundreds of years before but his line continued to grow as the Oni continued to grow their traditions. Now they had to test their next of kin to prepare them for whatever laid out in the lands beyond their own. The Oni wanted to stop being stuck to the caves and wanted to expand into the outer world. A choice to conquer the new world or help aid was in the hands of the person who completed all the trials.

The trials saw a lot of major prospects of the different Oni teachers, hoping their students got to reach their peak so they could represent the Oni. The kids had prepared to start going through the trials. The group of twenty would have to prepare for the first trial. It was a race that would see the group cut down by a fourth and of course a group made it through the race. Jumping walls and dodging obstacles, which was not much of an issue for the first five who easily made it through. The five were cut from the group leaving fifteen left, but the first one to cross the finish line was allowed to sit out the second trial.

The first male being Jiezou, the ancient grandson of the brother of the original leader. The male watched as a team game would happen between two teams red and blue. The groups would battle in a capture the flag type game which would see the losing team eliminated. The blue team held together their defenses and would hold while a team captured the flag. This eliminated seven and left eight, the group was now going to battle in a tournament seeing whose fighting style would hold strong over the others.

Bishamon, Jiezou, Nobu, Nagi, Ren, Fusoka, Eniya, Gozu.

The group who was left for the fighting, Jiezou was sat on the other side and easily eliminated the group each in one versus one battles. The group left to meet was Bishamon who had struggled in the middle through the whole tournament but excelled past who was never expected to make it. It was in the battle between Jiezou where everyone thought the luck of the boy ended. He had failed this before eight years ago and now, he met his cousin in the final tournament.

Jiezou taunted his cousin, he taunted what he stood for knowing he was only there to make himself look like a nonscrewup. This only threw down Bishamon's resolve, the boy would clash with his cousin moving between the boy and his cousin. Bishamon threw punches that smashed into his cousin's body which left lumps but Jiezou was no slouch either. The two replied to each other until Bishamon was hit with a punch that sent him flying and flipping until he landed on his feet. The boy was leaning back and with the boy leaning the match was about to be called until a grunt was heard.

Bishamon would start to flex in his rage before a black and red aura wrapped around his body. Fear shot through the spine of Jiezou, he would start to back peddle before Bishamon leaned forward. His rage escaped as the boy was trying to tap into the power but Bishamon started to move around. Jiezou was flipping around getting smashed into at raw speeds that most couldn't comprehend except for Bishamon's own teacher. The group looked over to the teacher as he let out a chuckle only giving a nod before Bishamon punched his cousin up and when he came down the Oni jumped. He appeared dropping a knee on his cousin's back slamming him into the ground. The red eyes looked up at the Elder with a thumbs up before flipping it down. Bishamon grabbed Jiezou by the neck almost snapping it before the teachers stopped him.

"You won, show mercy." One of the teachers said as the boy started to power up even more. "He is the one with the rage of the Leader. Who knew of his blood? Was it you?" The Elder pointed at the Bishamon's teacher before the teacher moved toward Bishamon and poked his forehead knocking him out. "I knew, it is the reason I trained him. He is a champion. His blood boils much harder than most." The Elder nods, "When he wakes dress him, he is the one." The teachers held the boy before all of them moved to celebrate the new champion.

The Onis began to dance around Bishamon as he was dressed in the armor of the champion. He started to rise from the caves being sent up by the elevator mechanism they created. Slowly sliding up the boy would feel sad when he was leaving but his eyes went upward. Bishamon covered his eyes at the sunlight not seeing it directly as he stood on top of the cave. Stepping off the world was now his to choose what to do with. The boy was supposed to bring more Onis to a new land, but he would enjoy battle first. Feeling the wind hitting his body from this level made his eyes close. Bishamon left for a while he met nothing but randoms. The boy heard about a place so went to find this new Utopia that everyone was meeting up in. Maybe this area would be what he was looking for and maybe he could choose what to do then. It was prophecy for him, but maybe that would change meeting others.
