Round 1:
Wolf
* Da shoot fast, Palps squishy. Palp dead.
* Palps' go-to strategy will be ineffective. And Da will just shoot and kill.
* Punisher shoot good and so does his summoned robot

Mik
* Punisher only has his pistol at the match's start. This is not sufficient to do anything of consequence.
* At best, Punisher spends the opening moments of the fight firing a pistol that won't work.
* Regardless, even if the above wasn't true, there is nothing Punisher can do to stop Wolverine making contact.
* By contrast, Punisher only starts with 1 pistol and does not have the time sufficient to teleport in Chip or his other weapons.
* Da's opening action isn't and can't be to fire her gun.
*  Da has never made a 100ft. shot before, 2) Da canonically will/must brace herself against objects that aren't immediately around her here, 3) Da can't brace herself while levitating, and becomes even less able to aim as she takes damage.
* If Da even got a shot off first it would need to be instantly lethal or else she dies to lightning, but we've thus far seen that she has every reason to have her accuracy disrupted too badly to make such a shot before she dies.
* Da is nowhere near as fast as my opponent is proposing, and he's playing hop scotch around scaling and feats to pretend she's fast enough to have incontestable speed in the tournament while remaining in tier.

Round 2:
Wolf
* Wolverine can withstand even single shots from Punisher's super-powerful gun
* All of Wolverine's "Taking bullets" feats are bad
* one shot is enough to slow him down significantly, and then Punisher just keeps shooting and teleports Chip in and Chip also keeps shooting.
* If this happens, Palpatine dies instantly. He's not targeting her sensors or impacting her, he's lifting her up by her throat, something that causes her no pain or distress, and is, in the most literal sense, bracing her.

Mik
* Chip never aids Punisher within the first 5 seconds of a fight.
* Punisher's Pistol Does Nothing
* All of Wolverine's "Taking bullets" Feats Are Better Than Anything Punisher Produces
* For all my opponent's vague gesturing at "Punisher's Rate of Fire," he is ultimately not producing anything superior to the above scans.
* This speed isn't real

Conclusion:

Wolf concedes Robocop. The point goes to Mik.

I kinda don't buy the "muh punisher pistol does literally nothing" but at the same time, I think Mik covers Wolverine just enough to make him think he doesn't just trip and fall over when shot several times. The point goes to Mik.

While Mik kind of does make a good point about the tandem lightning + choke, there is... what, 5 seconds of delay until that happens? We also clearly know that Palpatine isn't doing GIGA CHOKE in tandem and any arguments involving "well he will sus out and plan" is again something that factors in a ton more delays. I don't really buy however the "Muh Da isn't as fast as presented" and even if I did, I feel like she's defensibly faster than Palps as presented. The point goes to Wolf.
