I would handle the problems in a mature matter
Like if there was a feud between  cloud and another village I wouldn't just jump to war since with wars come a lot of wipes which is a no no considering that fact that many  villages dont wanna ally cloud

Everyone wants something or they expect you to be perfect, the reason I wanted to apply for the role of a kage is because I am quite close with most people on the discord group so people would be real with like if I made a poor decision they would let me know not just ignore it because I'm just some nobody

I have studied the art of communism quite well and I have learned that if the people know that THEY are the ones who make changes to the village not just the kage that would make their love and respect for the village stronger
