We are still thinking of ground floor units best possible but if you think that it's really rare maybe I will talk to the fengshui guy again next month when I go to KL.
Meanwhile if there is South facing units is there any chances of asking for the floor plans first instead of viewing? I try not to waste too much of your time going for viewings without result...

Can you please find out more on the 120A unit? Which level and the floor area size since it's asking for such high price. Is it facing South?

there is another unit blk120A High flr  well renovated, facing south value: $400K and COV 60K slight nego, agent informed that the unit is well renovated, the exact angle facing south is not reviewed by agent, unless

attached is the floor plan

yesterday the agent told me that actually the seller expectation:-

1) the selling price around $450K - ( and i told him to wait for the valuation of the flat is available)

2) the seller would like to complete the resale flat after the PSLE examination, as one of the children is taking this exam.

most importantly is the condition 1), how much is the COV, - and i believe we may able to accomodate the second condition if the selling price is right.

on our side, we may also require to know whether the seller allows us to do a contra, as the seller is also looking for a flat, after selling.

if u have further infos required, we can meet sometimes convenience.
