- yesterday the agent told me that actually the seller expectation:-
- 1) the selling price around $450K - ( and i told him to wait for the valuation of the flat is available)
- 2) the seller would like to complete the resale flat after the PSLE examination, as one of the children is taking this exam.
- most importantly is the condition 1), how much is the COV, - and i believe we may able to accomodate the second condition if the selling price is right.
- on our side, we may also require to know whether the seller allows us to do a contra, as the seller is also looking for a flat, after selling.
- if u have further infos required, we can meet sometimes convenience.
