We have six Vistaprint behaviors that will set the new cultural baseline for how we work and are critical to helping us achieve our business strategy and new vision.  Each of you play a significant role in bringing personal relevance and meaning to the behaviors, bringing them to life, and ultimately shaping our culture.

Please join in a Conversation Circle, where we’ll discuss the behaviors, hear your personal reflections on them, and share examples of where we see them in action and where they present challenges.  In preparation for our meeting, we will provide you with a Culture Journal which includes the six behaviors.  Please spend some time browsing through your journal, reading the behaviors and thinking about what they mean for you.  It leverages proven and powerful techniques – journaling and coloring – to improve comprehension, spark creativity, and enhance concentration and retention of information.
