  1. 30) As Jhin outfitted himself with proper weights, he would strap them upon his wrists and ankles. Taking the opportunity to carefully gear himself up for his morning run, he would head outside just as the sun was upon the cusp of rising. His feet impact the sand with audible crunches as he set off into a well-placed jog, eating up the distance toward the gate entrance.

  3. 31) Training both body and mind was a rigorous task, but he would naturally work upon focusing his physical aspects, first and foremost. He needed to be at his prime if he was going to place well within the tournament, and earn his very own weapon. The task itself was daunting, but he felt as if he possessed the qualities necessary to see him through it all.

  5. 32) Sweat began to pour along his brow as he picks up the pace, long strides turning into a full-on sprint. His arms swung in a pendulum motion, panting lightly as beads of sweat flew off his body when he sharply turns down an alleyway. Even now, he realizes that he still had a long way to go, before he could properly reach a means of progress he was satisfied with.

  7. 33) Jhin took it upon himself to enter the local gym this time around, carried weights that were strapped to his ankles and wrists. Performing daily duties such as bathing, brushing his teeth, and menial tasks were all done with these weights stacked upon him. Today, he was going to work out his upper body, and the additional weights would prove to make such a task a bit more difficult. They were light-weights, but they were still able to impede him to a degree.

  9. 34) Shifting under a bar-bell, he would stack weights upon it before attempting to lift it upward. An audible grunt escapes his lips as his arms immediately begin to feel the effects of the weights. His arms coil downward, struggling to maintain the weight upon his body, before forcing himself to slowly breathe outward. Funneling his strength throughout his body, he would force the weight to be uplifted!

  11. 35) Following his success in removing the weights from his chest, he would begin to pump it out in a mechanical fashion. He goes through the necessary reps with only small breaks in between, watching his arms uplift the heavy-set weights that taxed his upper body. Once he was satisfied with performing dozens of repetitions, he would set it back upon the stand, and head to the showers to wash up.
