Falco, you've been a great moderator in training for us and while you've lasted, you've been able to do so much for us. We are grateful for your service but I need to inform you that I cannot let you continue and move on as a moderator. We have to cut you for the following reasons: A main reason has to be that we might add Sapphire and Birch as admins in the future and Frost and Moss will become moderators eventually. It'll be an even and powerful number of people. We just have too many. Another issue is that things just haven't been working out. You're young, out going and you love to have fun. This job is keeping you from that chance. You've done a lot of mistakes that other staff members have reported to me, and I am sure they won't be afraid to let you know what it is. My personal report is just that I have seen you make too many jokes... Your job has not been taken seriously at times. It's disappointing for me to tell you that I need to dismiss you off the moderator team but look at this in a positive way. You learned our staff ways and I hope you see this as earned experience. We try to improve ourselves daily and I feel as if you can carry this in the future. I hope you understand. I can let you have one more day before your dismissal.
