WHM has no healer/lily gauge despite getting Afflatus Solace

■Steps:
1.  Level a White Mage to level 52.
2.  Observe getting the ability/spell "Afflatus Solace" through leveling alone.
3.  Observe that the lily gauge / healing gauge has not yet been unlocked. This renders the ability/spell unusable.
