- % FIGURE INSERTION IN OVERLEAF PLATFORM%
- % 1- In Overleaf click on "New Folder" to create a folder. This folder will be used to insert the pictures of your project.
- % 2- After creating this folder right click on it and click "Upload File" to insert the desired picture.
- % 3- After inserting the desired picture, use the syntax a below. The only change that should be made to syntax is in the image directory.
- % Example: If your folder is named "Figures" and your illustration is named "Statistics", the syntax should be:
- % \ includegraphics [width = 15cm] {Figures/Statistics.png}
- % Width resizes the picture size.
- % Some options for <position>
- % [h] places the picture at the position (here) where the picture environment was defined. There is not always room for this.
- % [t] places the figure at the top of the page (default option).
- % [b] places the figure at the bottom of the page (botton). There is not always room for this.
- % [!] places the picture in the best possible position (can be used with other options [! htb]).
