How to get:
- Psychic with Spoon does about 90% at L47-->L41 (7.9s plus potential Potion time loss)
- Psybeam with Spoon does about 67% at L48-->L42 (but keeping Psybeam means deleting Return)
- Return does about 35%
- HP Grass 70 does about 24%
- Shifted AI on Aipom, etc.
- Psybeam + Spark/Sonicboom on Voltorbs does about 72%
- First Magneton Thunder does about 72% (second does ~64%)
- Rhyhorn Dig does about 50% (this happens anyway if you miss FB; if you force it, you lose 21s)

Benefits:
- Remoraid is 82% with FW
- Furret is 88% with FW
- Carvanha goes from 77% to guaranteed
- 19 IV is 70% to outspeed Murkrow (31 IV is 92%)
- FW Ariados (95%+ range?)
- 86-->99% Granbull (FB instead of Psychic)
- Swellow will usually Fly Typhlosion (can Protect it with no time lost)

- Kecleon is 47% (88% if L43)
- Kadabra is 77%
- FB Graveler
- Wobbuffet is 88%

- ~19 Speed outspeeds Golbat at L43 (~13 at L44)
