  20. As the Evil Queen and being taught magic by Rumpelstiltskin, Reign’s mother, Regina, became a very powerful and evil female sorceress.

  23. The user has access to magic, the use of rituals, symbols, actions, gestures, language, etc., to exploit supernatural forces to varying degrees, with only their skill, personal power-level, imagination/knowledge, and/or morality to define the borders. Given the flexibility of magic, its users have essentially limitless possibilities for what they can accomplish.
  24. Reign is a very powerful sorceress with many, several magical abilities.

  26. >Spell-Casting<
  27. The user can cast spells, which is a procedure for producing specific magical effects. This is often a series of words that take effect when spoken, though others are able to cast spells merely by thinking, with gestures, with magical objects or through a ritual of some sort.

  29. A few spells of which Reign is skilled at are;
  30. —Transformation: Reign can turn any object and/or person into certain materials, such as wood or stone.
  31. —Weakened Sleeping Curse: Reign can put anyone to sleep with a wave of her hand.
  32. —Accelerating healing factor: Reign can heal any cuts or wounds.
  33. —Voice extraction: Reign can take the voice of anyone or anything, and has the ability to give it back.
  34. —Forgetting spell: Reign make people forget anything she wants.
  35. —Enchanting: Like many dark sorceresses, Reign can enchant objects.
  36. —Paraylizing: Reign has the ability to freeze any moving thing.
  37. —Tracking Spell: Reign can track and locate anyone anywhere, and by touching an object, she is able to see glimpses of it’s past and history, therefore allowing her to locate it’s owner even without her personally knowing them.
  38. -Revealing: With a wave of Reign’s hand she can reveal any thing that has been hidden by magic.
  39. —Mind switching: Reign has the power to put her mind in another person. Because of this spell, Reign has indomitable will, therefore her mind cannot easily be controlled due to how different it works and how many pathways it can take.
  40. —Portal creation: Reign has the power to open and close portals. With these portals, she is able to transport anyone anywhere.

  43. May need to perform certain actions/fulfill conditions to use magic, ranging from specific words/songs, inscription/incantation, certain hand/body moves, materials that may be consumed or even extensive rituals.
  44. Incorrect pronunciation and word choice of a spell may have negative effects (such as the spell being thrown back at the user, or producing a different effect than expected).
  45. May need to use special artifacts such as spell books, herbs, and talismans.
  46. May be limited on how many spells they can cast.
  47. May require concentration to work.
  48. Certain spells may only work for as long as the caster is alive.
  49. Certain spells may be limited to a specific group of spell casters.
  50. Certain spells may have negative effect to nature and require a balance to the universe. For instance, if one person is brought back to life, another will die in the process.
  51. More powerful spells may require more magical power (e.g, mana) and training to work.
  52. Untrained novices can easily misuse a spell creating unpredictable results.
  53. Some spells may taint the user's soul and turn them down the path of evil/good, and therefore are best left unknown.
  54. Some spells may simply need to be spoken in reverse to be negated.
  55. Overuse may lead to physical and/or mental damage, temporary/permanent lose of magic or death.
  56. Useless against people with Spell Negation and Spell Immunity.

  58. >Elemental Manipulation<
  59. User can create, shape and manipulate the basic elements of nature, the rudimentary, simplest or essential parts/principles of which nature consists. The four principal, basic elements and their states are:

  63. Gas (Air Manipulation)
  64. Plasma (Fire Manipulation)

  66. Reign is more skilled at Fire Manipulation, as most Sorcerers are.

  76. Over-stepping her limits can cause her to either have bloody noises, fainting, falling into a deep slumber, or death.
  77. Depending on each of the elements she uses, it affects her physically.
  78. Nature will fight back if she consumes too much of the element and over-uses it.

  80. >Teleportation<
  81. Reign can transport herself and others from one place to another in an instant usually in a cloud of purple smoke. In addition to purple smoke, she is also able to teleport without it.

  84. Reign can only travel to places she’s seen and been to before.
  85. She can only bring up to 3 people with her.
  86. Teleporting requires a fairly huge amount of strength and power to do, especially with the range of travel being much more further.

  90. Reign can conjure anything she wants out of thin air.

  93. Magic Negation/Magic Destruction
  94. May take time to cast proper spells.

  96. May require markings or a magic circle for the conjuring and depending on the size, the bigger the summon.
  97. This requires nearly all her strength to do, depending on the item.

  100. >Telekineses<
  101. User can influence/manipulate/move objects/matter with their mind. Telekinesis is one of the basis of many superpowers that are based on "controlling/manipulating", and may evolve to the point that a Telekinetic can control anything at a subatomic, particle and universal level. She can exert more extreme and precise amounts of force on targets that cannot normally be perceived (such as organs) and can can even defy extreme forces already exerted on a target (such as the force propelling a bullet). Therefore, users of telekinesis have demonstrating being able to stop bullets. Advanced users are able to generate more force that basic users, enough to suspend the movements of targets, immobilize them or even control their motor skills to some extent. They are able to torture others by causing internal damage, usually by crushing organs or breaking bones, which often results in the receiver convulsing and coughing up blood. A user can specifically target other parts of the body, such as the neck, allowing the user to restrict air and blood flow, and to squeeze or even break the neck of a victim. Their more extreme precision allow them to not inflict lethal or truly debilitating damage, unless they want to.

  116. •Unfamiliarity with the rules of magic may cause unintended effects.

  118. •Like metahumans, they still have the same exact limitations as regular humans unless they have specific immunities/resistances, or even immunity/resistance spells.
  119. •Over-Use of Abilities can cause unconsciousness, bleeding from the nose, or even death.
  120. •There are always loopholes to every spell, despite her being specific about it. Find the loophole, you’re able to use it against her.
