50%'s Character Relationships as of Volume 6

Ok so to clear up some misunderstandings, I am going to compile here the facts about each girl because you fucks keep fighting like morons.

I'll just put this fact up here as well before you imbecils get ahead of yourselves.

50%. as of Volume 6, IS STILL NOT IN ANY ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP WITH ANY GIRL. ZERO. NADA. NIL.

Let's start with Middle-School:
>She was popular in middle as someone who everyone can confide with their secrets and trust.

>But actually she is the type of person who blabs about them in an internet blog and subsequently complains about the people who confided with her.

>Things were going well for her in that front, until one day, one of her classmates actually saw the blog and noticed by reading the content that the only one who knows those secrets is Kushida (because he saw that his secret was exposed in the blog, and the only one he told about it is Kushida).

>Student told to the other classmates about the blog. Chaos insued. Kushida was cornered by those students that demanded an explanation. Instead of apologizing, Kushida instead revealed everything she knew about each and every one of them in their faces. This caused a massive incident where classmates were now fighting against each other.

>Teachers tried to hide the incident, but rumors of the turmoil spread in that middle school.

Why Kushida hates Horikita:

>Horikita went to the same school as Kushida but in a different class. She was a loner and diddn't care about other people. So she actually DOES NOT REMEMBER Kushida or even about the rumors that happened in their Middle-School.

>Problem is Kushida thinks that Horikita remember her and about the scandal in Middle-School. She thinks that Horikita plans to expose her in some way and that's the main reason why Kushida goes to much work work to betray D-Class and get Horikita expelled.

>Horikita by Volume 6 starts to remember about the rumor of what happened in Middle-School because of Kushida's persistence and hate towards her.

>In Volume 6. Horikita and Kushida had a duel where they bet on Horikita's retiring from the school and Kushida can no longer interfere. The point was on who could get the highest points during some exams. The exams were made by a competing class, meaning D vs C. So Kushida figured she could get the questions from Ryuuen since they were cooperating. Ryuuen betrayed her.

>Ayanokouji was also dragged in after Kushida figured that Horikita was using her phone to let Ayanokouji listen to their conversations about her past. Which is also why we finally got her past spoken from her own mouth.

What Kushida has done to betray D-Class:

>Blackmailing 50%. Everyone knows this. Nothing different here from the LN and Anime.

>Partnering with Ryuuen to get D-Class to fail and make Horikita the villain and get her expelled.

>Leaking the test content to C-class in volume 6. Basically each of the class creates a test paper for another class they choose (and vice-versa).

>Leaking the sports participant list to C-class which would put D-class in even more dangerous situation and could have made D-class lose so much points.

>The only reason she failed in regards to the above betrayals is because 50% is ahead of her and shuts down any stupid thing she does.

>There are more but it's hard to explain without the context of the trials happening in later volumes and that takes a whole another time writing.

Regarding Kushida and 50% relationship:
This has already been spoilered in previous threads, but whatever.

>50% is interested about her past, getting help from Horikita for Kushida to divuldge what her motivations are for betraying D-CLass.

>Only him and Horikita by Volume 6 know about her motivations and past. The rest of the class don't.

>50% is not pissed at her or anything, but that changed by Volume 6.

>If you guys are asking if they are close. No, they aren't. Not even a shred of it.

For lack of a better term as of Volume 6, she is "out of control". D-Class as a whole and not just 50% and Horikita are now very wary of her. Volume 7 looks to conclude the D-Class vs C-Class arc, ft. 50% vs Ryuuen and Kushida.

NO, she has no romantic interest with 50%.

HORIKITA, SUZUNE

Not much has to be said about her now because I've already included her Middle-School summary in Kushida's profile.

Also Volume 3 is her Arc which is about her which is going to be animated anyway. First I will be summarizing the stuff the anime changed just for her.

>In episode 6 where 50% ang Horikita confronted the 3 goons in the stairwell with the fake cameras? She wasn't the one 50% was with. It was Ichinose, the Saint girl from B-Class. It actually made no sense for Lerche to change this part because for one, if 2 D-Class students confronted the 3 C-Class stooges, it will actually look like a set-up. There needed to be someone from another class to WITNESS the confrontation. That's why 50% was with Ichinose in the LN, so that it would look legit. Lerche changed it for some stupid reason.

>In episode 7 the episode looked like it was a Horikita episode right? No. It wasn't supposed to be. heck the whole pool thing is no what it was supposed to be. This sidestory was actually supposed to be a Karuizawa Sidestory. Summary of Karuizawa's SS when her part comes.

>Horikita is more of a cooperator for D-class' journey to A-class.

>50% uses her a lot (to her detriment) when he plans some actions for C-Class for his benefits. Which makes Horikita pissed.

>Although she is like a partner-in-crime with 50%, especially in the early volumes, she in a sense is scared of 50% especially in the later volumes when she finally sees that 50% will use any tactic as long as it gets results.

>The metaplot of volume 5 is how MC pushes Horikita to accept how puny and useless she is, making her finally reach her hand out to someone, to find her own accomplice like MC did in volume 4 (Karuizawa). With that she got something that neither her brother or MC could be: a companion, she says in her monologue. It's pretty clear she sees MC as an accomplice and nothing more at that stage. MC has been using her for his schemes several times already so there's that. This is the reason why people are saying Sudo x Horikita.

>Before you people go Sudo X Horikita, Only Sudo sees her that way. Sudo keeps on insisting on using her first name (Suzune) which Horikita is pissed about. The only reason she tolerates it is because she is tired of getting mad about it. She does see him now as a comrade though because what she went through in Volume 5, in where she was shown that she can't do shit alone.

>She wants to aim for Class A, because of her brother whom she respects. Ayanokouji doesn't seem to fully trust her, often making extra preparations in case her own schemes fail like in volume 6.

>In later volumes, while they work together, they often have their own ways not involving each other.

Regarding Horikita and 50% relationship:

>Already stated above, as of now, she only sees 50% as a comrade, and vice-versa.

>She is scared of 50%.

As of now, she has NO romantic interest with 50%.

I'm sorry for the Sakura fans, but seriously, but as of now, there is little to be said about her. Her big arc was already the one in Volume 2. After that, she's just there in the story.

Relationship between Sakura and 50%:

>No question, she has a crush on 50%. He does not see her romantically.

>One of the 2 people that 50% genuinely wants to protect. The other is Karuizawa.

>50% is also unconditionally nice to her. He tries to avoid using her in whatever schemes he tries to do, bought her ice cream one time (Volume 4.5 SS), and cheering for her in the athletic festival.

>Later joins the Ayanokouji-Group consisting of her, 50%, Hasebe, Yukimura and Miyake where they call each other their first names (or nicknames) and just hang out as ordinary friends.

That's it for her.

YES, she has a crush on 50%. He doesn't feel anything romantic for her though.

ICHINOSE, HONAMI

With a doubt, the most popular girl character in Japan. Winner of all the polls by almost 50% against the other girls. Which to only anime viewers I think is pretty surprising especially since she hasn't really shown up as much for being the most popular girl.

>Integral to the plot and is like rival to 50% (not in a bad way).

>Her ability to surround herself with allies is her main strength, although her HR-teacher says she still is missing something.

>The ally of those she considers her friends and she shows no hesitation to help others.

>Class B is Class D's allies during most of the special exams.

>When 50% acts by himself, he often tags along with her, she stands out a lot and he blends in. She helps him quite a lot him information.

>They probe at each other looking for each others strengths so rivals is the best words to sum her up with. While he is a schemer working in the background, she is fighting openly.

>In the anime, if you guys thought it was weird on why Ichinose asked 50% to pose as her "boyfriend" when she was being confessed to, despite them only meeting once in the elevator, that's because Lerche fucked that part up. Prior to the posing as a boyfriend part, they became friends. The anime just didn't show it.

>What they don't also show in the anime is that 50% and her interact more than you expected.

>To trap Ryuuen, 50% revealed the about Ichinose's enormous funds and made it as Ryuuen's doing who made such accusations to her. Ichinose didn't reveal how she has so much funds and she said she would be willing to talk to the teachers about it since she didn't do anything illegal. But also wouldn't tell them how she obtained that money.

>Ryuuen also played along with 50%'s scheme and acted like he was the one who caused the commotion regarding Ichinose's points. He knew it was schemed by the mastermind of class D who but he doesn't know who the mastermind is. He played along to get an idea who the mastermind is.

Overall, she's a goddamn saint. That's not even about praising her, she really is one. There has been no hint about her having a dark past. Zero. She has been popular since the beginning of the LN serialization.

I think the reason why she was cut as much in the anime is because if she was included, she would have contented for as much scenes as Horikita. That's how much content about her Lerche cut.

As of now, she has NO romantic interest with 50%.

Currently dubbed as the girl closest to 50%. (NOT ROMANTICALLY FOR NOW AGAIN YOU FUCKING MORONS)

Her Story:

>Her character was developed in volume 4.

>We find out about her past where she was bullied in middle-school to the degree that she has a scar on her body which will never disappear (possibly a scar from being stabbed).

>In order to not get bullied in this school she confronted Hirata. So they became a "acting couple' (Hirata is too kind due to the fact that he couldn't help his friend who was bullied in middle-school and died via suicide).

>50% noticed her acting strange during the special exams in volume 4. It seems she had been acting really ass towards some girls from class C (something she does to protect herself), so they wanted revenge on her.

>He contacts Hirata and gets to know some of her past. When asking Hirata which he would choose between the girls from class C or her, Hirata stated he would not choose, he can’t choose (fucking moron).

>50% then sets up a plot letting the girls from class C take revenge on Karuizawa (literally beating her up) while filming it all in secret. He then meets her moments after and forces a deal with her that he would protect her in exchange for her cooperation, well this mean expelling people. While he feels some pity for her, he also seems to want her to change her high attitude, which this deal would prevent her from doing since it shouldn’t be necessary.

>Worth noting is that during his act of attempting to rape her, he sees in her eyes the same darkness as him. It got really dark there. She then becomes his pawn, doing the things he cannot do openly like resisting Horikita and Kushida. Gathering information, doing the dirty-work of his that he cannot trust to others. So she is his pawn and collaborator.

This leads to a relationship where he shows some sides of him he doesn’t show to others.

>In Volume 4.5 SS (episode 7) that story was actually about her and Ayankouji dealing with morons trying to peep at the girl's changing room. It wasn't Horikita.

>In the original SS, the idiots used a remote-driven car equipped with a camera to drive through the air ducts and to the ceiling of the girls' changing room to film. They just drove it there and let it be and took the car after the day. The car they got from the points they won during the exams and club activities during volume 3 and 4.

>Also, Ayanokouji consulted with Karuizawa of this since he figured to let others know if it was detrimental to the class moral so she was sent to get the camera and exchange the SD cards with empty ones. He asks her if she liked swimming which she says she do, but can't swim with others. She also asks whether this was his real personality.

>She tells a bit about how the bullying was and that nobody from her previous schools acknowledged it. He also reiterates that if someone was going to to her harm, he would back her up, if necessary, getting Hirata and Chabashira-sensei joining too. (Chabashira is the one forcing him to climb to Class A btw, he has no such desire)

>After the day Ayanokouji met up with Karuizawa who hadn't taken a bath the whole day. He asks whether she invited some friends with her, and she says yes, but they dispersed later so she was alone most of the day.

>He then says he plans to expel people during the future exams which he has told nobody yet, not even to Horikita.

>It further boils down to them talking about how Ayanokouji is not normal, and she asks about his past which he proclaims that there was nothing. She says he is lying and that she can see that his eyes shows no hesitation to even killing people. He says that's too dramatic. There was nothing, too little and that he was a blank existence.

>He thanks her for today. They see the guards ready to close and he asks her why she's still here which she says that she can't change yet due to too many people in the changing room.

>He then asks her again whether she liked to swim and she answers that she doesn't hate it. He then invites her to swim since most people have gone to change already. After some exchanges about how she may only wear the school swimsuits which she dislikes for her entire life, he pushes her into the water and he lets her drag him down too. He thinks he may have acted a bit childish. While resurfacing she pushes his head down in the water and he could for a moment see a smile on her face which he thinks was worth it.

>She can already tell that 50% wants to talk to her by sensing MC's eye gesture, and became the first person to call him by his first name (Kiyotaka) - this was a bit random but also a solid proof that she wants to be closer to him.

>She got a SS two in a row (vol.4 and 5) which pretty much confirms her feelings towards 50%, regardless of whether this is current or future.

>Has been integral to the overall plot since volume 4 (up to volume 6) due to her doing doing the work of 50% which Ryuuen notices.He has been losing to Class D and thinks there is a mastermind there so she is a lead to that mastermind.  So that means she is now a prime target by Ryuuen. Continued in volume 7.

Regarding Karuizawa and 50% relationship:

The closeness of the two has evolved from being a pure pawn (volume 4) to a confidant/collaborator (volume 5-6).

>She is the only one that remembers 50%'s birthday.

>50% did not delete Karuizawa's birthday greeting to him (he usually deletes any received and sent messages to him).

>50% remembered Karuizawa's birthday because of that.

>He talks to her openly without pretending to act like he does normally. Same with Karuizawa to him.

>She got jealous when Maya Satou confessed to 50%.

>She can already tell that Ayanokouji wants to talk to her by sensing MC's eye gesture.

>50% trusts her even more than Horikita.

>Then second person 50% genuinely wants to protect (the other is Sakura).

>YES, she has a crush on 50%.

>You can make your own conclusions but the reason some people think she is in the heroine position now is because she is the only one Ayanokouji shows his real personality to.

>They are the group of outcasts in the class which was named by Hasebe (which she is embarrassed about) since she was the one who connected them all together.

>Sakura is part of this circle as well.

>Karuizawa was supposed to be part of this but 50% didn't want anyone to know their connection so that they both can move freely and plan things that they can do, so she's still part of Hirata's group as his fake girlfriend.

>Started as a study group for Hasebe and Miyake with Yukimura as their tutor since they needed help for a hard exam. Ayanokouji is the one getting them together and acts as their link to Horikita and Hirata's study groups for that exam.

>They find out that they have a great group synergy and their conversations are quite different from how Ayanokouji talks with others.

>Hasebe doing a Sadako impression on Ayanokouji was great.

>50% feels relaxed in this group compared to the Sudou, Ike, Yamauchi group or with Horikita. They have their own group chat, going to the cinema or just studying together.

YUKIMURA, TERUHIKO

>One of the top scoring students in the class. He wears glasses and starts out quite shocked being placed in class D. Due to his test scores, he looks down on the rest of the class. Is not athletic at all. Later on accepts what he is missing and tries to help two certain students study for a test. Has beein studying from childhood so he didn't have time to make friends. He does not like his first name Teruhiko, given to him by his mother who left their family. Prefers the name his father gave him: Keisei.

MIYAKE, AKITO

Belongs to the archery club. Does not converse with other people in the class except Hasebe and Hirata. Was a problem child in earlier years, but is otherwise quite relaxed. Scores average. While silent, speaks quite a lot with people he is comfortable with.

HASEBE, HARUKA

>Does not belong in any groups. She is a pretty normal person, but does not open to other people like Akito. Spends a lot time alone. Is overconcious of guys giving her attention due to her large breasts so she tries to avoid them. She attaches nicknames to her friends. Kiyopon was her suggestion for Ayanokouji which he denied. Like Miyake, speaks quite a lot with people she is comfortable with.
