COUNCIL IN TRAINING TEST


Hello, if you’ve made it this far it means you are eligible to become a member of the Council, how exciting! You must answer 80% of the questions correctly to pass. If you fail you may take the test one more time, a week from the time you failed. The questions are multiple choice. To answer a question please place your corresponding letter to your selected answer in between brackets.

You are also to assume in the circumstance of these questions that you are already a part of the council, so what would you do if you were a mod in these situations?

Q1. Someone is making unwanted sexual comments towards another member of our group, how do you respond?

A. Ignore them because they’re a cow anyway.

B. Give the offending member their first warning, if they continue jail them.

C. DM BrokenPhilosophy, and ask him what to do.

D. Unplug your computer and throw rocks at your neighbour’s dog.


Q2. A member of our group is instigating infighting between our fellow members in a way which could be seen as an attempted coup, how do you respond?

A. Kick them with no warnings and no notice.

B. Warn them as dissent is not allowed within our ranks.

C. DM BrokenPhilosophy with screenshots.

D. Ignore them, they’re an idiot.


Q3. A fellow Council member is threatening to take members of our group and leave if they don’t get their way, how do you respond?

A. Let BrokenPhilosophy know so they can be demoted, providing screenshots or witnesses.

B. Close Discord and give into your insatiable urge to eat your neighbour’s 11 year old child.

C. Leave the group.

D. Attempt to De-escalate the situation and also do answer A says.


Q4. You become aware that you are losing interest in our group, as a Council member your duty to moderate our discord no longer has room in your daily life you decide to:

A. Leave the group with no notice, creating a power vacuum.

A. Form the relationship with caution, relationships in our group are greatly encouraged, but any fallout if things should go south is entirely your responsibility.

into their discord server from ours, you receive an invite from them, many others receive one as well, what do you do?

A. Agree to join under the illusion that they aren’t trying to recruit for their server.

Q7. You see nobody in voice chat, but want to play a game with other members you:

A. Join the voice channel despite nobody being in the voice channel, wait for someone to join or ask a couple people.
