  106. 20. From the Vikki & Vance Casino, head right and then take a left at the playground with the bloatflies in it

  108. 21. Continue up the rocks until you reach the Prospector's Den, and kill all the Jackals

  110. 22. Loot all the dead prospectors, and grab the Lockpick skill book
  111. from the back-right corner of the room with the mattresses in it

  113. 23. After reading the skillbook, backtrack and open all of the Average locks you left behind (Jean Skydiving, safe on bottom floor and cabinet on top floor of Bison Steve Hotel, and the safe in step 14), as well as the Hard safe for Lucky (see Level 2)

  115. 24. Grab your shovel and head to the Canyon Wreckage, to the north-west of the Primm NCR camp

  117. 25. Loot the grenades from the back of the truck, the duffle bag to the left of the gate, the graves to the rightof the gate; at this point you can get rid of your shovel, unless you want to dig up Chance's grave for some reason

  119. 26. Complete Lonesome Road until ED-E unlocks the comissary terminal, being sure to EXPLORE VERY THOROUGHLY for all duffle bags and other loot containers leading up to the silo

  121. 27. Quick-travel back to Primm and continue south along the road to the Nevada Highway Patrol Station

  123. 28. Kill the Jackals, grab the Gun skill book on the table near the entrance, and loot the prison cell

  125. 29. Continue south along the road until you discover the Nipton Road Reststop, kill all the rad-scorpions, and loot the Nipton Road General Store by the Reststop, and

  127. 30. Continue south-west up the hill to the Mojave Outpost, being sure to check the back of the trucks for loot

  129. 31. Talk to Ranger Ghost to start "Keep Your Eyes On The Prize", and Ranger Jackson to start "Can You Find It In Your Heart"

  131. 32. Quick-travel back to the Nipton Road Reststop and kill all the ants for Ranger Jackon, and clear out the rest of the ants at the Ivanpah Race Course for XP

  133. 33. Head back to Ranger Jackson and turn in "Can You Find It In Your Heart", and then buy the Explosives skill book from Laci

  135. 34. Quick-travel back to the Nipton Road Reststop and continue east to Nipton, being sure to kill Oliver Swanick and Tomas/Jacklyn

  137. 35. Clear out all of the Nipton houses, including the trailers to the right of Oliver, and Nipton Hotel to the left of the Nipton Hall. Be sure to grab the Science skill book from Mayor Steyn's desk in the town hall

  139. 36. Talk to Vulpes Inculta to start "Cold, Cold Heart", then quick-travel back to the Mojave Outpost and talk to Sgt. Kilborn to finish it

  143. 38. Quick-travel back to Nipton and follow the road east

  145. 39. Kill the Jackals along the road, as well as those nestled up in the rocks to the left of the road

  147. 40. Continue along the road and prepare to fight the Deranged Bright Followers; popping an Atomic Cocktail and putting on your best armour is recommended

  149. 41. Kill and loot the Followers, then enter Wolfhorn Ranch and grab the Lockpick skill book and unique cleaver

  151. USEFUL DETOUR: Clear out Matthews Animal Husbandry Farm down near Camp Searchlight for some extra loot, a Survival skillbook, and a bunch of malnourished farm animals to kill for some experience

  153. 42. Continue north towards Ranger Station Charlie and finally Novac, being careful of the Jackals hiding behind the billboard on the right side of the road

  155. 43. Steal all the crafting components for weapon repair kits from the shelves near the petrol station

  157. 44. Enter the Dino Dee-Lite Motel and talk to Jeannie May Crawford to get a discount from Cliff Briscoe, then rent a room from her, and finally steal the Bill of sale from the safe behind her desk

  159. 45. Enter Ranger Andy's Bungalow, talk to Ranger Andy, and grab the Medicine skill book from his bed

  161. IMPORTANT FOR UNARMED: Be sure to complete the favour for Ranger Andy so he'll teach you the Ranger Takedown technique

  163. 46. Enter the Dino Bite gift shop, unlock the door behind the counter, and grab That Gun, as well as five rocket souvenirs and the crafting components on the front left-most top shelf

  165. 47. Talk to Manny Vargas to start "Come Fly With Me", and Craig Boone to start "One For My Baby"
  166.  
  167. 48. Finish "One For My Baby" by asking Jeannie May Crawford to follow you to the front of the dinosaur at night

  169. 49. Head off to the REPCONN test site and complete "Come Fly With Me". When you need the thrust control module, steal it from the medium locked box in the shelves by her bed, and to convince Chris Haversam that he's human, put on your Merc Charmer outfit, read a Meeting People magazine, and pop some Mentats [Speech 28-50]

  171. IMPORTANT NOTE: Because the REPCONN test site is in a new cell, walking there causes a bunch of enemies and corpses with loot to not spawn in. To fix this, drop a save after passing the dead glowing one on the road, quit to main menu, and load the game again.

  173. 50. Quick-travel back to the Gibson scrap yard and head north to Helios One, and get access to the building by passing a skill check [Science 30 or Speech 30]

  175. 51. Once inside, take a right and follow the corridor all the way along and up the stairs, and grab the Medicine skill book from the bed

  177. 52. Pop a Meeting People magazine, pass Fantastic [Speech 25] and Ignacio Rivas' [Speech 35] speech checks, then complete "That Lucky Old Sun"

  179. 53. Continue north along the road to Boulder City and complete "Boulder City Showdown" [Speech 45]. Ask Jessup about the platinum chip for 900XP, and if that's not enough to get Speech 45, pop a Meeting People

  181. 54. Head south-east from Boulder City to Ranger Station Delta, then south of there to Camp Forlorn Hope
