It doesn't sound deliberate but your site is publishing other peoples content without being explicit as to where it is coming from or giving proper credit. A lot of people aren't happy when their work is reused like this as it takes people away from the original sources potentially losing them visitors which affects reputation and possibly income from advertising or sponsorship.

If you aren't using the site then it would be nice to take it down or to update it to fully highlight the original authors of the work so they get full credit.

if anyone would be unhappy and come up to me i would delete it upfront. However to ask everyone would be alot of work.

it's a little better designed and has credit if it's from a blog and not 9gag.

i give  contribution, but i didn't design it there yet, sorry if thats bothering you. will change on future. however i don't think i will make a lot of money with that currently.

Simple answer is not to use content unless you've got permission. You have to assume that the content is owned by the person who created it and unless they say somewhere that they don't mind it being shared that do mind and you shouldn't share it.

Any use of other people's content without full attribution is plagiarism and while you are not at these levels yet, this is what can happen when people get caught.

And the money thing wasn't you, it was the original authors. If I search for content and get your site rather than theirs then they don't get the Ad revenue that they might get if I visit their site.

i calculated the possible different outcomes of your doing. I accept it and can life with it, my project is not really that big or important to me, however i would be happy if someone would contact me for my work bad or good. That's why i wont delete it at this moment, but i will wait for someone to comment on their content being use.
