Character and Voicebank Use:
R-15 works are allowed, however, R-18 works are not allowed.
To elaborate, usage towards mature subjects are allowed as long as they are not in explicit detail.

Derogatory works, such as slanderous and unlawful content, are not allowed.
Works that include propaganda such as political or religious ideas including national anthems and chants are allowed as long as they are not aggressively advocated and portrayed in a respectful manner.

Voicebanks may not be reuploaded unless both the original download link becomes expired and the voicebank manager becomes absent online for more than a year.
Reuploading of oto and frq files, whether edited for the original voicebank or used for another voicebank, are allowed without needing permission.
Reuploading for private usage, such as personal archiving or backing up data, is allowed.
Reuploading of art assets such as the voicebank icon and fullbody artwork may not be reuploaded to art sites such as DeviantArt, Tumblr, and Pixiv but may be used in videos and thumbnails. Crediting of the respective artist/s is appreciated.

Unofficial derivative characters and voicebanks are not allowed.


Commercial Use:
Non-profit/break-even commericial usage, also known as "doujin work", is allowed without needing permission (however, informing of the venture is appreciated).

Profited commerical usage is only allowed with permission.
