For ease of use, separate into 3 tiers:
1) No desert candy (14+ IV +Attack, 15+ IV Speed and 0-22 Sp. Attack)
2) Desert candy, and also lake candy if 295-446 or Torrent for Shelly (15+ IV Speed, any Attack/Sp. Attack not listed above; get 8/4/14/2 if 21+ Sp. Atk and 18+ Speed)
3) Desert and lake candies (9-14 IV Speed (get Carbos with 9-10) or 29+ Sp. Attack)

- get route 111 elixer unless skipping desert candy
- get desert candy unless 31+ IV Attack, 15+ IV Speed and 0-22 Sp. Attack (these numbers are important for Winona too)
- if 295-446, use it early
- if 0-294 or 447+ and torrent, use it + the petalburg candy before shelly, use the lake candy on mt. pyre, and use the pyre candy to revive to 38
- if 0-294 or 447+ and no torrent, skip the lake candy, and use 3 candies atop mt. pyre to reach 37

must use 295-446 exp strats (fight hiker) if bad speed for vigoroth/carvanha/grovyle/golbat

NOTES
- Must prioritize fast T&L fight when can get 122-144 on Lunatone (literally 25 seconds saved with no added risk)
- Must prioritize outspeeding Norman's Vigoroth, Rival 3's Grovyle, Maxie 2's Mightyena and Matt's Golbat
- Vigoroth without 295 exp. really sucks with any neutral
- Slakoth can suck without good stats (need to check #s)
- Winona fight really sucks with 2 candies, <14 +Attack and 20-27 Speed

PUTTING THE PUZZLE TOGETHER
14-31 + 	Get 183 exp. and stop there (Vigoroth and Altaria are good as normal)
		Can tell with 27 @ 13 (and 24 @ 11 is 15+)
		Possibly get extra candies with 30-31 IV Sp. Atk (T&L)
		Definitely get extra candies with bad Speed
