This Site allows the Customers of Live Wire to make a reservation for some activities available within its service. The reservation is effective only after full payment has been paid. If the appropriate Membership affords free use of selected activities, the full reservation process has to be completed to ensure the booking is secured. Live Wire does not sell memberships directly to children: if you are under 16 you can use the Site only with the supervision of a parent or guardian.</p>

Please read these Terms and Conditions. By using the Online Service you indicate that you accept the Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. If you are not willing to accept these Terms and Conditions you may not use the Service.<br />

The Terms and Conditions relating to this service should be viewed as an addition to the Membership Agreement and support, not supersede, each other. <br />

  <strong>Privacy and Security Policy</strong>:<br />
Live Wire will keep your personal information private and secure. When a Customer makes a reservation from the Site, they provide their name, e-mail address, credit card information, address, phone numbers and a password to their Online account. Live Wire will use this information to process the orders, to keep the customer updated on their orders and to personalize the shopping experience.<br />
Live Wire has reasonable security measures in place to protect the services it provides, but it cannot be responsible for the security of information in transit. However, communicating with Live Wire by e-mail is not necessarily secure from interception and is subject to all of the risks of electronic communication. Live Wire does not guarantee the security or confidentiality of transmissions. Live Wire reserves the right to update or otherwise alter its security practices whenever considered necessary.<br />

<strong>Cancellation Policy:</strong><br />
Live Wire operate a no refund policy for transactions made from this Online service. However, if an activity or class payment has been made and cancelled within the standard cancellation criteria, a credit system will become operational. This “credit” can be used at the discretion of the customer but only on bookings reserved directly at the specific venue, to an equal or lesser value and not for further Online services. The cancellation policy for Online bookings is reflective of the standard cancellation policy noted within the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Agreement</p>

<p><strong> Available Activities or Classes:</strong><br />
Not all activities or classes available within the Live Wire facilities are available to be booked Online. Please review the website of the appropriate venue for a full and conclusive timetable. Activities available to book Online include:</p>

Tennis (Indoor and Outdoor)</p>

As noted above all activities and classes are not available at all centres. This may be due to the fact that it is not necessary to reserve places on some classes or a pay-and-play schedule is in practice for some classes<br />
The Online Booking Service can be viewed by anyone. However, to use the Online Service all users must have their details on record within the Management Information System used by Live Wire, including their full address, email, date of birth and phone number. This is the pre-designated criteria used by the software programme to identify the user. It is not necessary to be in possession of a “Membership” with Live Wire but you will need a User card. These can be issued to Members or Casual users.<br />
Users can access the Online service and any time and book activities or classes up to 7 days in advance, in line with the standard Live Wire booking policy.<br />
<br />
The "owner" of the membership must be in attendance for all bookings made against their specific membership. It is not permitted for members to secure a booking for friends or associates in their absence.<br /><br />
Members are permitted to secure consecutive time allocations for their personal* use but it is not permitted to secure more than one class/session at any one time adjacent to another.
*(Personal use is described as recreational or social use and not for the purpose of securing group or block bookings, the provision of any coaching or personal gain by the member)<br /><br />
It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that all participants attending the session with the member (eg: badminton or squash partner) have their own valid membership allowing free access within these terms and conditions or pay the appropriate pro-rata price for the court hire prior to use.<br /><br />
Members are permitted to secure 3 bookings in any 24 hours period.<br /><br />
Members who contravene any of these booking criteria noted above will have their Online service withdrawn and their membership may be suspended.<br /><br />

The main function of this Site is to connect You, the Live Wire customers, to the Live Wire servers using an Internet web session. This Site provides no other service: all the data is physically stored and managed on the Live Wire servers, under its partnership responsibility with Warrington Borough Council, and are never stored, even temporarily, on this Site. <br />

  <strong>User Name and Password:</strong><br />
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account with or without your knowledge. If you knowingly provide your login or password information to another party, your use of the Site may be suspended temporarily or terminated. You agree to immediately notify Live Wire of any unauthorized use of your account or password or any other breath of security. <br />

 <strong>Trademarks:</strong><br />
The names, marks and logos appearing on the Site or included in the Site Material are, unless otherwise noted, trademarks owned by or licensed to Live Wire or an affiliated organisation. The use of these marks, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is prohibited. <br />

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national and international laws, rules and regulations, including without limitation, laws governing on line conduct and the unlawful export of software or technical data to restricted individuals or countries. <br />
