- BACKGROUND: Γ My mother is Native American and Korean, and my father is Korean. Both my mother and father are fluent in Korean and English. I have no brothers or sisters. When I was 12 My mother, Father, and myself moved to Korea. The cause was for my father. His american job wasn't paying well enough, but he found a job in Korea. As my parents are working on my mothers citizenship, we live a middle class life. I am very close to my mother, but me and my father are not that close, because of his work schedule. I grew up in Chicago, Illinois, but moved as you know that age and why. My mom picked out this school as she found it aesthetically pleasing, and well-put-together.
