Darker Side Talkatoo Rules

Darker Side Talkatoo Race Rules:

1. you need 500 moons, no more then that, as soon as you get the Multi-Moon at the end of Darker Side, you finish.

2. All story moons are free game, get whichever ones you want.

3. Any non-story moons you obtain that AREN'T given to you by Talkatoo you would need to apply a penalty (For early races, maybe just keep track, but in the future I think 30-60 seconds of standing still would suffice)
