Plugins:
LaterJoin: Join later and still spawn in!
FriendlyFireAutoban: Only prevents griefing after killing ALOT of teammates
SCPDiscord: displays the server status as bots in a discord server and allows remote kicking and banning.

Rules:
have common sense
Don't AFK
you get moved to spectator after 4 consecutive teamkills to prevent griefing, kicked after 5, and banned for 1 hour after 6. THIS RESETS EVERY ROUND.
don't actively try to ruin the game for others.
