  1. 1. Download http://www.zophar.net/fileuploads/3/22343vozhd/xebra110425.zip
  2. 2. Open ARBEX.EXE
  3. 3. Go File>Open>CD-ROM Image...>(select your X4 ISO)
  4. 4. Go Run>Run 2(1-pass)
  5. 5. Go View>Controller...>(select Controller 1 or Controller 2 from first dropdown menu then assign hotkeys)
