- Removed #!/usr/bin/python from the top of the scripts
- I don’t think that it’s necessary to include this line since the
- package will be installed and imported (so python is already used).
- Also, many people will be using anaconda python (or Enthought) which
- does not typically live in /usr/bin/

- Minor formatting changes and fixed speeds
- Lots of tiny tweaks to comments.
- Also, I made the speeds distribution cut off at n//2 instead of the old
- hard-coded approach that assumed a 1000x1000 basis set and cut off at
- 500. Since we have square images, we need to cut off the speeds
- distribution so that we don’t look at the corners.

- Changed default basis to 501_250
- Users with slow computers might freak out when then run pyBasex the
- first time since generating the 1000x500 basis set takes a long time. I
- changed the default in the example to 501x250. Also, I included some
- text in the core.py to inform them not to freak out about the basis set
- generating process taking a few mins since it only needs to happen once.

- Fixed basis set loading and loaded raw image
- In some cases (linux?), it seems that plt.imread loads the image in
- rbga instead of black and white. I switched to loading the raw image.
- Also, I had disabled the loading of the npy format basis sets (faster)
- during debugging and forgot to enable them. Now it works again.
