Intact Stability Review Statement of Compliance

Gentlemen,

We have performed an independent intact stability analysis for the subject vessel in accordance
with the “IMO International Code 011 [ntact Stability, 2008” and the “IMO Explanatory Notes to the

International Code on Intact Stability, 2008”. The loading conditions used are listed below for reference.

Loading Condition Details

100% Fuel, 100% Fresh Water, 5 Crew and Effects
Halfway 40% Fuel, 100% Fresh Water, S Crew and Effects
10% Fuel, 100% Fresh Water, 5 Crew and Effects

Based on our analysis we can advise that the subject vessel is in compliance_with the LMO lntact Stability
criteria and demonstrates acceptable stability characteristics for the loading conditions listed above.








As part of our analysis we have also performed an independent intact stability analysis for the
subject vessel in accordance with the “IMO International Code on Intact Stability, 2008” and the “IMO
Explanatory Notes to the International Code on Intact Stability, 200 8” for the additional loading conditions

listed below. Although these loading conditions were not reguired= this was done to provide additional
operational guidance for the vessel operators with respect to intact stability.
