Hi all,

In relation to my CU complaint from last year, I was told that it couldn't be investigated because the person who ran the CU had left the projects and was not contactable.

They are now back (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Herbythyme#Now_that_you_have_returned.....) and I have asked the questions that need to be asked.

I also expect the investigation/complaint be re-opened immediately.

If Herbythyme is not willing to answer the questions relating to his abuse, I expect that he be globally locked for clear abuse of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The running of the CU on myself has placed numerous parties in a very precarious position and I would now like for there to be proper closure to this abuse complaint.
