- breakfast:
- 4 eggs, fried
- 2 pieces of toast (100% whole grain wheat) with apple preserves
- bowl of instant oatmeal, 2 packets, with butter
- apple
- 3 cups of coffee
- lunch:
- 2x turkey sandwich (toasted wheat bread, lean turkey deli meat, tomato slice, lettuce, cheddar cheese slice)
- 2x corn dogs
- ice cream sandwich
- dinner:
- 4x taco bell beefy crunchy burrito
- 4x taco bell chicken soft taco
- drank another ~2L of coffee and ~4L of water throughout the day
