  4. bowl of instant oatmeal, 2 packets, with butter
  5. apple
  6. 3 cups of coffee

  8. lunch:
  9. 2x turkey sandwich (toasted wheat bread, lean turkey deli meat, tomato slice, lettuce, cheddar cheese slice)
  10. 2x corn dogs
  11. ice cream sandwich
  12.  
  13. dinner:
  14. 4x taco bell beefy crunchy burrito
  15. 4x taco bell chicken soft taco
  16.  
  17. drank another ~2L of coffee and ~4L of water throughout the day
