  1. Artagh would pace calmly across the field as he watched the other magickers and necrowhatsits ambling about in what would no doubt be some serious, flashy grudge matches with lots of shouting and grumbly lightening. Yet, as he placed the swordsman across the field before him, the bald peasant soldier would smile, slowly unslinging his steel great sword from the leather strap on the back of his cuirass. "Ye' a swordsman? I get a feelin' from ye' tha' ye' are. Good, none'a tha' runnin' aroun' an' zappin' willy nilly, we'll have ourselves a real, manly fight."
  2.
  3. Cracking his neck, the bald soldier would raise his blade in preparation for engagement, his eyes not unkind or particularly harsh in spite of the circumstances that were presented. "Ye' be facin' Artagh o'ta Green Hill, a pleasure'ta make ye' acquaintance.""
  4. (Artaghh)
  5. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  6.
  7. Keyrun turns to the opponent. Roots starts growing under his left cheek and carving the arms, the samurai's eyes lights up in a jade light, as the man itself starts acting more like a ferocious territorial beast rather than a man. He unfolds his blade, leaving his guard open for Attacks.
  8. "The name is Keyrun, invader. Know this, you will not die today, and also...you will not cross the borders of our beloved city.....
  9.
  10.
  11. FACE ME!"
  12. (Keyrun)
  13. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  14.
  15. Artaghh says, "Ye' need nae convince me."
  16. Hillika exclaims, "Hey man!"
  17. Keyrun says, "Hopefully a few breaked bones will work for you"
  18. Keyrun says, "this should be enough to not kill you"
  19. Artaghh says, "Aye, I'll avoid ye' neck'ta be fair."
  20. Keyrun spits blood on the ground, he might break a few of his ribs fighting this way. he Howls at the opponent:
  21. "SEEMS LIKE YOU KNOW HOW TO FIGHT A SYLVAN"
  22. (Keyrun)
  23. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  24.
  25. Artagh would smile with bloody teeth, sweat pouring down his bald head as he barked out with laughter upon getting knocked on his ass like a sack of potatoes. Spitting a glob of blood to the ground, he would nod. "Nae, I jus' know how'ta figh'. I leave the res'ta fill in the blanks!"
  26. (Artaghh)
  27. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  28.
  29. Keyrun says, "spits blood"
  30. Steel would sing as the two swordsman clashed blades with few words, the raid going on around them seeming to simply die down to the simple tune of good, manly, exuberant fun! Wiping bloody snot from his nose, Artagh would regrip his blade with a nod of his head across the field. "I fel' tha' one. Les' finish this bit then."
  31. (Artaghh)
  32. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  33.
  34. Keyrun felts a wound open. His bark was broken. He turns to the opponent rushing and howling like a dying wolf.
  35. (Keyrun)
  36. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  37.
  38. ** Keyrun has inflicted an injury upon Artaghh. ("Temporary Injury", "Temporary Injury", "Temporary", "Duration: Medium (4 days)") **
  39. Artagh is slashed near balls to brain as the glorious battle reaches its climax, the bald swordsman content in his incredibly manly fight with the samurai.
  40. (Artaghh)
  41. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  42.
  43. Keyrun reaches for the opponent weapon, taking it in one hand. He then approaches the bald warrior and drops it into his hands.
  44.
  45. "Like i said, you will not cross the borders nor you will die. A warrior that dies cannot fight again, thus means you would never be able to face me once more in the future. Ill look foward to that day, maeby not with the intent of Killing eachother."
  46. (Keyrun)
  47. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  48.
  49. Artagh would kneel in defeat, bowing his head in respect to the fellow swordsman as he held one hand over the great wound that he had taken in the fight. Yet, the soldier was still smiling, no, he was smiling wider than ever. Ear to ear his grin stood, his teeth red from the leaking blood within his nose as he slowly forced himself to stand. "Aye, ye' are a fine blade, I declare ye' my rival. When nex' we clash, I will be stronger. I expect ye' to do the same. Without any malice, the large, bald soldier would hold out his hand towards the swordsman, a gesture of honorable sportsmanship.
  50. (Artaghh)
  51. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  52.
  53. Keyrun returns to his serious and bestial attitude and Declares:
  54.
  55. "I am Keyrun, Chief of the Sylvan tribe of Harya and astral guardian of the withered lands. This city will be under my protection, so dont think i will lend it over to you, friend or not!.
  56.
  57. Now leave this field, you and your allies"
  58. (Keyrun)
  59. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  60.
  61. Artaghh says, "Tha's a real nice title."
  62. Artaghh says, "Things is, I be jus' an initiate."
  63. Artaghh says, "Nae me paygrade to stop a battle."
  64. Keyrun says, "....."
  65. Keyrun says, "Youd better return to your comrades still"
  66. Keyrun says, "they might still need you"
  67. Artaghh says, "Aye, ye' righ'."
  68. Artaghh says, "Til the next time we cross blades then, lad."
  69. Keyrun says, "Till next time, Arthaghh"
  70. Artagh would limp away as he clutched his bleeding wound tight, barking out in pained laughter in spite of the situation. "What a goddamned fight! Goin'ta remember tha' one."
  71. (Artaghh)
