BACKGROUND ─ li was born into a pretty well off family. her parents were both lawyers and had made sure she was always happy. when she was five her family had moved to Macau for business and to help li connect with where she is from. at the age of six, li has developed epilepsy. she had a seizure while walking out of her class room to go to lunch. when she was told what she had developed by her parents, she didn’t care that much. li thought of it as a minor inconvenience, and just continued on. with the little bit of understanding children had, a lot of people had started to make funny of li’s disorder. although she didn’t want to show it, the words had really gotten to her. she moved to korea in 2013 to join sm, she ended up getting involved with drugs. she stared smoking cigarettes and vaping to get out her stress. in 2016 she was confronted by a trainee at sm, telling her it wasn’t healthy and that if she didn’t stop soon, she would inform the ceo. since she had stopped smoking and vaping, aiming to keep happy and make everyone smile.
