- blocked. I am using wordpress and if I change to a different por it works,
- how else should I prove it doesnt work?

- the problem is not the php version. I switched back to inherit (5.6) and didn't work.
- it DID work with starttls and port 587 so I think you are filtering port 465 which is SSL for SMTP can you please open it on your firewall for outbound? thanks
