The draft will be 12 rounds, with rounds 1-4 beginning on Sunday the 21st at 7:30 EST.  Rounds 5-8 will begin at 6:30 EST on the 22nd, and Rounds 9-12 will begin at 6:30 EST on the 23rd.

Users who are in either the Draft group, HHCL West, or HHCL East can be drafted.  If you are not in any of those three groups by 5/21/17 at 7:30 EST, you will NOT be eligible for S14
