  232. RATIONALE
  233. ISO Quality Objectives Monitoring and Management System will simplify the work of the user. This study aims to develop a system that collects data in academic departments. User will be able to gather, print and submit data with the help of the system through the internet.
  234. OBJECTIVES
  235. The study aimed to give solution to the problem faced by the academic personnel here in Batangas State University ARASOF Nasugbu. In terms of ISO quality objectives monitoring specifically, the study sought to answer the following questions: (1 late submission of monthly monitoring reports, (2) time consuming in taking and gathering data (3) time consuming in gathering and updating monthly reports and (4) too much paper we’re used in gathering data.
  236. METHODOLOGY
  237. For this study, agile method is used. Agile development methodologies are a set of approaches to software development that share common philosophy but are sharply distinguished in the details of their implementation. Agile method is consisting of Plan, Build, Launch and Feedback. In this study, the plan phase is the stage where basic decisions for the creation of the game are made.
  238. RESULTS
  239. The researchers found that the developed system if used and implemented can resolved the following: late submission of monthly monitoring reports, time consuming in taking and gathering data, time consuming in gathering and updating monthly reports and too much paper we’re used in gathering data the developed ISO Quality Objective Monitoring and Management system was Moderately Acceptable graded by all deans, secretaries and ISO coordinator. After evaluation the developed system has a combined weighted mean of 4.00 in functionality, 3.81 in reliability, 3.86 in usability, 3.71 in accuracy and 4.29 in security which defined as moderate acceptable. For satisfaction the evaluation result with combined weighted mean of 3.64 in functionality, 3.57 in reliability, 3.79 in usability and accuracy with 3.71 and verbal interpretation of moderately satisfied however, it was moderately satisfied in terms of security.
  240. CONCLUSIONS
  241. The researchers have several conclusions and observations during the development of “ISO Quality Objectives Monitoring and Management System”. From the findings of the study, the following conclusions are drawn: The researchers conclude that the developed system if used and implemented can resolved the following: late submission of monthly monitoring reports, time consuming in taking and gathering data, time consuming in gathering and updating monthly reports and too much paper we’re used in gathering data. In terms of level of acceptability, the developed ISO Quality Objective Monitoring and Management system satisfies the deans, secretaries and ISO coordinator in terms of the features that the system can do. Furthermore the developed ISO Quality Objective Monitoring and Management system can be used with ease and manageable. Due to its moderate satisfied rating in the level of satisfaction, the developed web based system meets the desired features for the deans secretary the researchers conclude that the respondents are satisfied to researchers’ study.

  262. Good health is a vital handling stress and living a long and active life. Health can be defined as physical, mental and social wellbeing and as a resource for living a full life. It refers not only on disease, but the ability to recover from illness. Using pediacare system has changed the way pediatrician, clinic staff and parents in record keeping, communication and in appointing. In addition, pediacare include real-time queue monitoring system. With these in mind, the researchers came up with the idea of “Pediacare: A Pediatrician Information System with Real-Time Queue Monitoring System”. This system would be beneficial to the paediatrician, clinic staff and parents to improve the data handling, deleting, updating, retrieving data and remove the various problem that pediatric clinic and parents encountered.

  265. The study aimed to develop a Pediacare: A Pediatrician Information System with Real-Time Queue Monitoring System. Specifically, the study attempted to answers the following questions: (1.) What are the most common problems of pediatric clinics on the existing system, (2.) What are the most common problems encountered by parents in the existing system, (3.) What is the level of acceptability of the proposed system, (4.) What is the level of satisfaction of the pediatric clinic on the proposed system and (5.) What is the level of satisfaction of the parents on the proposed system?

  268. The researchers used the descriptive research design method and Agile method to make the development process of the study efficiently. The researchers compared the existing system and the proposed system by using a questionnaire to measure its acceptability and level of satisfaction. The researchers used weighted mean to measure the average of the gathered data and information of the developed system. To minimize the population, the researchers used purposive sampling and random sampling.

  271. The following findings have been established: (a) the pediatrician, clinic staff and parents are convinced that the developed system performs its intended functions and very useful for them. It saves time and money that the parents consume in setting an appointment because instead of going to clinic personally, they will set an appointment thru this system. It has a user friendly process and is very simple to use, and ensures the safety of pediatrician patients information. (b) Based on the evaluation on the developed system, the pediatrician were extremely satisfied. (c) The researchers discovered that the pediatrician, clinic staff and parents were also satisfied to the way of process of the developed system.

  274. Based on the findings of the study, the researchers concluded that the developed system is easy to use, faster and convenient. Thus, that the developed system was proven to be more efficient, secured and effective than the existing system. Therefore, the features of the developed system will be a big help for the pediatrician, clinic staff and parents when it comes to appointment and scheduling, record management, updating patient’s records, setting an appointment and queue monitoring.

  305. In order for the system to be built up, the system underwent different processes that Users and Chatmate would benefit through this application. The users can send a real-time message and locate chatmate’s position utilizing Global Positioning System and standard Android technology. This system includes a mobile application technology including Google Maps, Mobile Data and Location Services. The user and chatmate can also change their profile picture and status information that will be determine in their profile account.The application allows the users and chatmate to view the current position marker, polyline on Google Maps and calculates the coordinates of latitude and longitude.

  308. The Track-IT: A Chat Messaging Tracking app using GPS, as it main purpose will be able to track the location of the said application users programmatically. It would be a good basis in terms of trust, including for the couples, this application fits for all kinds of user, The Track-IT app comes up with a Chat Messaging and tracking capability, the user can update their profile photo, status and the user or chatmate can send any images while their chatting.

  311. The researchers used the Extreme Programming Model Life Cycle as the framework in developing and finishing the project. This process was made of seven phases these includes Release Plan, Iteration Plan, Acceptance Test, Stand up Meeting, Pair Negotiation, Unit Test, Pair Programming and Code. Every XP project has a number of phases that lead it from the beginning till its completion. The researchers will use purposive sampling to obtain the sample size of the users. The researchers will also prepare questionnaires for the respondents to evaluate the proposed application. For getting the sample size for students, the researchers will use Slovin’s formula.

  314. The findings revealed that the developed system was highly acceptable in terms of efficiency, reliability, security, user-friendliness and effectiveness. For the level of satisfaction, the respondents are highly satisfied in terms of functionality, usability and portability. For the suggestions of the respondents, majority suggested to consider of lost phone tracker with the total frequency of 62, second is the integration of radius around the point of map with the total frequency of 46, third is the push notification of two current marker on Google Map with the total frequency of 36 and lastly the integration of encrypted messages for security with the total frequency of 28.

  317. In accordance to the findings the app was successfully developed and covered the needs of its intended users, the respondents were highly acceptable with the features of the developed application and agreed that the system was efficiency, reliability, security, user-friendliness and effectiveness. It satisfied the requirements expected by the respondents and can be a good application in easily evaluating of its functionality, usability and portability. However, integration of suggested features are necessary in order to provide a complete system for providing more features to enhance the application.

  345. The study is about a Web and Mobile – Based System that will address the common problems encountered by the faculty-in-charge in Batangas State University ARASOF – Nasugbu. Currently, the existing system uses manual procedures. For this reason, the researchers designed a Web and Mobile – Based Score Tabulation System for Contests/ Competitions in BatStateU ARASOF - Nasugbu. After the evaluation of the developed system, it signifies that the respondents agree on its effectiveness.

This model combines the elements of the waterfall model with the iterative philosophy of prototyping.

The following findings have been established: (1) Hand writing of some judges are not legible is found to be a moderate problem encountered in the current system; (2) the evaluation of faculty to the developed system is Very Good; (3) the evaluation of Head in Cultural to the developed system is Highly Acceptable; and (4) the evaluation of judge on Level of satisfaction y on the developed system is Very Satisfied.

  357. According to the findings of the study, the respondents encountered problems in tabulating events using the manual system or process and cannot fully support the needs of the existing process. The level of acceptance of the tabulators in the proposed system in terms of effectiveness, reliability and user- friendliness can be helpful because it lessens the problem encountered in the manual system. With high acceptability of the head of the cultural office, the system is a better alternative for use during different events. The developed system improves the effectiveness, reliability and user-friendliness that can be helpful when organizing an event.

  391. The college dean / associate dean, program chair / department chairs, faculty, research coordinators and student researchers are still using the manual process of monitoring the progress of capstone project of each project teams which consume a lot of time and effort. By using the developed system, e-Monitor, the said users can instantly monitors the status of the project team with regards to the capstone projects. The research coordinator can create a class where the system automatically gives a unique code to every creation made which will be needed before the student registration process. Moreover, the system can help the specific users to track what checklists did the project team accomplished and needed to be done. It can also be a great help to the student researchers where they can stay connected with their thesis advisers as the system provides a chat feature.

The application with its features is very helpful for its expected usage.

This is a method of software development where the module is designed, implemented and tested incrementally until the product is finished. After the development, a self-made evaluation questionnaire was constructed based on ISO 25010 software quality to evaluate the developed system and the Facebook group Nasugbu Swap, Buy and Sell. The evaluation was participated by 397 respondents from NasugbuBatangas whose age is between 18 years old and above since, they are using the internet more often in buying and selling items. After the evaluation phase, the gathered data was tallied and interpreted using weighted mean, t-test, ranking and Likert scale.

For the level of satisfaction the respondents are Extremely Satisfied on the features on the developed application. In addition, the t-test result revealed that there is significant difference between the developed application and Facebook group in terms of performance efficiency, usability and reliability, while there is no significant difference in terms of functional suitability.

By using the SUNDO Ride-hailing App, the commuters can book a particular transport vehicle anywhere in the Municipality of Nasugbu in any given time. Generally, the SUNDO Ride-hailing serves as the third party that will guarantee reliable, fast and easy way of availing transport service suitable to the needs of every commuter.

  877. The study aimed to provide improvement to the current system of hailing a particular transport service within the Municipality of Nasugbu. The SUNDO Ride-hailing App aimed to eliminates the different problems encountered when manually hailing transport service - from vehicle’s availability up to driver’s and commuter’s safety. It will serve as a multi-aggregator application that will arrange a particular transport service that is suitable to needs of commuter and provide assistance to the drivers for fast trip arrangement. The system automatically compute the exact fare based on the distance travelled by the transport vehicle.   879. The study utilized the Feature Driven Development Method of Agile Software Process, it involved in the study from the start process until all the requirements are met. This method helped the researchers adapt the software according to drivers and commuters needs. These are the following finding gathered after the evaluation of the developed system: (1) the most common problem encountered by the drivers when using the traditional method of acquiring a particular transport service is the lack of earnings due to minimal number of commuters and overpriced cost of fare for commuters; (2) the drivers and commuters find the traditional method of acquiring a particular transport service Slightly Acceptable while Moderately Acceptable to the developed system; and (3) drivers and commuters are Moderately Satisfied to the four features of developed system: accuracy, reliability, portability and accessibility. Most of all, the T Test result proved that there is significant difference between the traditional method of acquiring a particular transport service and the developed system as assessed by both drivers and commuters.

However, the design has a weighted mean of 4.15 which defined as acceptable. The evaluation result revealed that the developed mobile game application has a combined weighted mean of 4.18 with verbal interpretation of satisfied, gameplay with 4.16 and content with 4.19 and verbal interpretation of satisfied. However, it was rated strongly satisfied in terms of playability.

From the findings of the study, the following conclusions are drawn: The researchers conclude that having self-discipline is very wherever a person goes, while and funds are important too in promoting and advertising a tourist attraction. In terms of level of acceptability, the researchers realized that the developed mobile application with video ads and trivia are very helpful for giving information and is strongly recommended as an advertisement tool in promoting tourist attractions in Nasugbu. However, the design has a weighted mean of 4.19 which defined as acceptable. The evaluation result revealed that the developed mobile game application has a combined weighted mean of 4.20 with verbal interpretation of satisfied, gameplay with 4.16 and content with 4.19 and verbal interpretation of satisfied. However, it was rated strongly satisfied in terms of playability.

Based on the statements, where given in terms of patient information record, staff clearance and staff access, the OspitalngNasugbu medical staff can eliminate the data breach since the access for each function will be limited depending on the user account. The researchers have several conclusions and observations during the development of the web and game application “LARO (Learn and Review Online): A Mobile Game for PhilNITS IT Passport Examination”. From the findings of the study, the following conclusions are drawn. The traditional way of reviewing in PhilNITS is more on self-study and self-understanding; the students also based their knowledge on what is written in the test papers and explanation of the professor.The researchers concluded that developed system is usable and functional to the instructor and IT/CS students who will take the PhilNITS exam. The developed game will help the students to pass the examination to increase the passing rate of PhilNITS examination. It helps the students to have a better understanding of the lesson. In evaluation result, the developers found out that there is significant difference between the traditional and developed application such as the game mode, online examination and online passing of the application form using the registered account of the student.
