- Alex was orphaned at a young age allengingly after her family encounted a band of bandits in deep space, which resulted in her jettisoned in space before being saved by a nearby crusier owned by Canine Security. She then spent the rest of her childhood on that cruiser, bonding with the crew and learning a few tricks here and there. In her early adult years she contributed back to the cruiser who took her as one of their own, aiding them in a development project for the afforable mech known as the ’Scopedog’ as well as being a test pilot for earlier stages of the mecha.
