Someone hosted on there, copy my entire site.
I don't know what happen, his cpanel redirect to my cpanel, everytime I post new content, my content also posted to his site.
Even I create txt files in my file manager the file also created on his site.

I tried to send email to abuse@netsilvania.com, but no reply.
And I tried to visit their submit ticket and it's error:

netsilvania.com/billing/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=2

even for their client area also error:
netsilvania.com/billing/clientarea.php?language=Romana

How can I stop this problem? My site so bad in Google because everything is duplicated to his site.
Tried lot ways, change cpanel password, change wordpress admin password, migrate hosting, virus scanner, and much more but doesn't work

But the site keep copy my content automatically.

Yes, I've backup of my site.
Probably, the abuser is running a bot scanning your site which auto downloads and updates his site.
Try checking your logs and block his bot ip. Probably, your host should help on this.

How to check the logs sir? I just found 1 menu called logs but for error logs and no data on there.
