You should message your attendees to let them know what happened, just erasing the link is not good.

Go to your online sales report, click on each transaction, from transaction details page, you can refund transaction.

Please make sure to refund the transactions for online payments instead of changing the status to cancel.

Hi, our venue had cancelled at the very last minute and we have had trouble finding somewhere new. Could you please issue a refund to everyone who has bought these tickets for aberdeen or show us how to do it as a bulk refund
