  2. And if it is time to move on, employees should initiate the resignation process through Workday and are encouraged to attach a written two weeks’ notice of resignation through the tool. The notice should include the reason for leaving and the effective date. Resigning employees will receive an exit survey and may be scheduled for an exit interview. Exiting employees should return any Company property they possess.

  4. If an employee provides more notice than requested, GoDaddy will evaluate whether the additional notice is necessary for effective business operations. If an employee provides less notice than requested, GoDaddy will consider the failure to provide notice in the re-hiring process if the employee later applies for employment.

  6. When an employee provides two weeks of notice, GoDaddy in its sole discretion may choose instead to terminate the employee’s employment and grant two weeks of regular base pay instead.
