  1. Introduction
  2. This document contains an outline of rules that all of SD personnel are to maintain and uphold. Agents, the Strategic Security Unit, and SD Officers take responsibility in enforcing these codes. The Codes of Security will be amended by the SD AD+ if it is required or necessary for fair and just cause.
  3. Section I: Discipline
  4. § 1-1
  5. SD personnel may not speak in broken English nor with bad grammar on purpose, exception of in team chat.
  6. § 1-2
  7. SD personnel may not talk to Class-D personnel in exception of during a brief, giving warnings or instructions during escorts and tests.
  8. § 1-3
  9. SD Lieutenant+ are exempt from § 1-1, §§ 1-2.
  10. § 1-4
  11. Radio use should be limited to receiving and sending information, not for radio chatter.
  12. § 1-5
  13. Radio use must be in full grammar and mature.
  14. § 1-6
  15. SD personnel may not hide their name at anytime while on-duty, exception of the Strategic Security Unit and Agents.
  16. § 1-7 §§1
  17. SD personnel must have a natural skin tone and face for their avatar, in exception of being in spawn room.

  19. SD personnel may not wear the following faces:

  35. SSU are to wear fully black skin tone ◼

  37. ARU officers are to wear natural skin tone with Medium Green right hand ◼
  38. ERU officers are to wear natural skin tone with Pastel Violet right hand ◼
  39. Agent officers are to wear natural skin tone with Light Blue right hand ◼
  40. § 1-8
  41. SD personnel cannot be AFK(Away From Keyboard) on SD team in exception of being in spawn room.
  42. § 1-9
  43. SD personnel may not perform any immature emotes or taunts.
  44. § 1-10
  45. SD personnel are expected to uphold the Code of Ethics and the SCP Codex.
  46. § 1-11
  47. SD personnel may talk freely to other Foundation personnel but may not be immature in any way.
  48. § 1-12
  49. SD personnel may not shame or insult anyone within the SCPF in any on-topic communications or while on duty.
  50. § 1-13
  51. SD personnel are expected to follow the orders of Agents and SSU+ and not withhold any information.
  52. § 1-14
  53. SD personnel may not take one too many breaks at a time.
  54. § 1-15
  55. SD personnel may not wear any sort of T-Shirts on duty in exception of being in spawn room.
  56. Section II: Duties
  57. § 2-1
  58. SD personnel may not cross the red line during a paid riot.
  59. § 2-2
  60. SD personnel are to terminate Class-D who cross the red line on purpose. Class-D who cross the red line under orders are exempt.
  61. § 2-3
  62. SD personnel may terminate a Class-D personnel for pushing other Class-D personnel into the red line. The pushed Class-D personnel are to be detained back or pushed away from the red line, not terminated.
  63. § 2-4
  64. SD personnel may not guard S-3.
  65. § 2-5
  66. SD Guard+ can sweep the halls in S-3 when no MTF is guarding.
  67. § 2-6
  68. SD may not enter S-3 in the event of a breach unless SD is already in S-3 partaking in a test or sweep, otherwise said SD should leave S-3 immediately. ARU are exempt.
  69. § 2-7
  70. SD personnel does not need to terminate Class-D personnel for equipping a broken radio nor crowbar unless seen utilized.
  71. § 2-8
  72. SD personnel should terminate any unauthorized Class-D personnel immediately if caught, unless needed to be detained for solitary confinement.
  73. § 2-9
  74. SD personnel may not enter the CDC through the Class-D Transfer rooms unless of emergencies or a valid reason is given.
  75. § 2-10
  76. SD personnel may not camp inside the vents.
  77. § 2-11
  78. SD personnel should always terminate Class-D personnel if seen carrying an unauthorised weapon.
  79. § 2-12
  80. SD personnel should not cooperate with Class-D personnel to escape or breach SCPs.
  81. § 2-13
  82. SD personnel may solitary confine a Class-D personnel for consistent rioting according to the Code of Ethics.
  83. § 2-14
  84. Only SD Lieutenant+ may initiate a CDC lockdown.
  85. § 2-15
  86. SD personnel are not to interfere with MTF duties.
  87. § 2-16
  88. MTF personnel have higher authority over SD personnel during a breach and raid, exception of Agents, ARU and SSU+.
  89. § 2-17
  90. SD personnel may not at any time exit the facility unless said personnel are authorised to by foundation O5s. If a raid is occuring, O5s cannot authorise SD to exit the facility. SSU and SGT+ are exempt.
  91. § 2-18
  92. SD personnel may not buy guns from CDCZ but may use purchased gamepass weapons.
  93. § 2-19
  94. SD personnel should not terminate Class-D without any proper reason.
  95. § 2-20
  96. SD personnel should not terminate Class-D during testing unless Class-D is authorised for termination, given all 3 warnings, or gone rogue.
  97. § 2-21
  98. Only AGT, SSU, and SGT+ may hand out SD punishments.
  99. Section III: Testing
  100. § 3-1
  101. SD personnel should always brief Class-D personnel before escorting.
  102. § 3-2
  103. SD Recruits may only escort when no other SD can, supervision is not necessary.
  104. § 3-3
  105. SD personnel are not to recontain nor assist MTF in recontaining SCPs in any way. ARU are exempt.
  106. § 3-4 §§ 1
  107. If SD personnel are in a test and said test’s SCP is breached into the containment viewing room, SD personnel are eligible to recontain or terminate the SCP(s).
  108. § 3-4 §§ 2
  109. SD personnel may not recontain if MTF are still present on said test unless to terminate SCP on self defense. ARU are exempt.
  110. § 3-4 §§ 3
  111. SD personnel may terminate instances of SCP 008, 035, and 049 only in the case of self defense, not to hunt for them. ARU are exempt.
  112. § 3-4 §§ 4
  113. If a breach has gone out of hand during mid test and cannot be contained without a risk to worsen the breach, SD personnel are to immediately click Home or avoid worsening the situation by leaving the premises immediately if the SCP does not have its attention drawn towards SD personnel. ARU are exempt.
  114. § 3-5
  115. Only SD Trainee+ may escort S-3 tests, recruits are only limited to escort S-2 tests.
  116. § 3-6
  117. SD/MTF personnel may not steal escorts from other SD or MTF unless required to take over if said SD/MTF needs to leave the escort for urgent matters.
  118. § 3-7
  119. Agent+ may escort S-4 tests, ARU holds higher priority.
  120. § 3-8
  121. Only Lieutenant+ may escort S-5 tests.
  122. § 3-9
  123. For infectious SCPs or S-3+ SCP testing, at least one MTF is required to accompany said testing. ARU are exempt and can escort on behalf of MTF.

  137. - Minor: 4 ABC Jacks
  138. - Moderate: 10 ABC Hell Jacks
  139. - Major: Suspension
  140. - Maximum: Removal from SD, Class-E suspension
  141. 3rd offense
  142. - Minor: 8 ABC Jacks
  143. - Moderate: Suspension
  144. - Major: Class-E suspension, extended suspension
  145. - Maximum: Blacklist from SD, Class-E suspension
  146. 4th offense
  147. - Minor: 15 ABC Jacks
  148. - Moderate: Extended suspension
  149. - Major: Removal from SD, Class E suspension
  150. - Maximum: Blacklisted from foundation
  151. Section V: Punishments
  152. Only SD AGT, SSU, and SGT+ may hand out SD punishments.

  155. Player has to say Alpha #. Bravo #. Charlie #. in separate lines and jump after saying a line, # being the number. 1 ABC Jack is a full Alpha 1. Bravo 1. Charlie 1. , therefore 2 ABC Jacks require the player to say Alpha #. Bravo #. Charlie #. again after saying the first loop.
  156. ABC Helljacks
  157. Player has to spell out ALPHA #. BRAVO #. CHARLIE #. in full caps and say its full word and jump per every letter and word, # being the number. 1 ABC Helljack is a full ALPHA 1. BRAVO 1. CHARLIE 1. , therefore 2 ABC Helljacks require the player to say and spell out ALPHA #. BRAVO #. CHARLIE #. again after saying the first loop.
  158. Suspension
  159. Player is suspended for 2 days.
  160. Extended Suspension
  161. Player is suspended for 7 days or more, up to the officers.
  162. Blacklist
  163. Player is blacklisted from SD.
  164. Class-E suspension
  165. Player is suspended from the foundation for a set time
  166. Foundation blacklist
  167. Player is blacklisted from foundation.
